The structure of questionnaire
The investigation(调查研究)use the form of the questionnaire. In this questionnaire, we design ten q uestions. Each of the ten questions involves a n aspect about classroom etiquette. From these questions, we can study students’ attitudes towards the classroom etiquette.

Although the number of people involving this surv ey is small, they are covering different gender( 性 别 )and different region(地区), it still can stand for some point of view.
