初中英语群文阅读教学,尤其是在复习课中,对提高学生的阅读速度、增加阅读量、训练阅读策略、提高阅读理解能力是很有效的,是对单篇阅读教学的一个很好的补充。

接下来我想以一节课例来探讨初中英语课外群文阅读的实施策略。

在复习外研版八年级英语(上)Module 3 Sports时,确立了I do sports, I’m healthy,I’m happy.这一主题为线索的议题,围绕该议题选取了四篇文章,并把此四篇文章视作一个语篇整体进行教学设计。

125中学教育在新课程标准的要求下,对于初中英语阅读的训练技巧做出了明确的规定,英语教师在教学的过程中,必须充分激发学生的学习兴趣传授给学生相关的阅读技巧与阅读的方法,帮助学生更好地进行英语阅读的学习。

1.初中英语阅读教学中存在的问题1.1阅读指导材料陈旧在当前英语教学的过程中,英语老师采用教材与练习题结合的方式进行教学,但所选择的材料缺乏创新性与新颖性,不利于激发学生的学习兴趣。

面对这样的情况老师应该及时的选择新的阅读资料,可以通过网络搜索电子版的阅读资料,相关的英语书籍与英语杂志等帮助学生进行学习,如果学生对选择的书籍不感兴趣,就会严重地降低学生对于阅读的学习兴趣,并且会形成英语阅读学习的恶性循环。

1.2教学方法缺乏科学性很多英语老师在进行英语阅读教学的过程中,只是固定的让学生学习单词背诵单词,通过朗读英语材料的方式进行英语阅读的教学,在整个过程中过度关注阅读的语言,没有设置教学的目标。

在课堂教学中,采用的教学方法,缺乏合理性,虽然学生掌握大量的英语词汇,但是并不能运用在阅读学习中。

不同的学生在学习能力方面存在很大的差异。

由于个体的差异性,导致学生在学习中对于同一篇文章的理解以及阅读方面都存在很大的差距,老师在教学中,如果不能兼顾个体的差异性,就会让很多学生无法达到预期的学习效果,长此以往会对英语阅读的学习失去兴趣[1]。

1.3英语阅读时间较少由于初中课程需要学习的科目较多,英语这门课程虽然占有较多的课时,但英语阅读的时间却并不充裕,在当前教学过程中,学生对于英语阅读的时间相对较少,无法通过阅读有效地积累相关的阅读经验。

学生缺乏阅读会导致阅读词汇无法达到规定的数量,在平时学习或考试过程中,无法充分的进行发挥。

在学生的周末或者假期期间,由于不同科目的教师布置的作业相对较多,很多学生将时间与精力都投入在完成作业中,往往会忽略英语阅读的学习,面对这样的情况,初中生在英语阅读方面的能力会不断地下降,阅读水平出现下滑的趋势[2]。

通过听、读活动从语言和写作技巧方面进行相关输入,为学生的最终成长奠定基础。

2. 在词汇上的区别:我们初中的教材已是新版本了,每个单元的单词可能大家觉得已经不少了,但高中教材中的词汇更是成倍地增加了,增加了大约2000词。

这也是新编教材的一个特点,加入了许多当前常用的,新出现的流行的词汇,也是及我们学的新编初中课本相承接的,所以,为了能尽快适应高中词汇的学习,我们应该及早着手把初中阶段的词汇再熟悉一遍。
