本课是是根据新标准英语第十册第七模块第一单元Write your message.一课而设计的一堂英语阅读课，通过这堂课让学生通过电子邮件向朋友描述自己的现况和近期计划，增强学生人际交往的能力，进一步提高五年级学生学习和使用英语的兴趣。
