RICE LAKE称重传感器半导体敏感元件的电阻值会因温度变化而产生很大的变化,这是无法避免的。

因此有必要使其保持在一定的温度范围内或者对其进行
温度补偿。

氧化钦气体传感器是N型半导体,其在空气燃料比大于1的区域内,呈高阻特性,从而使空气燃料比的检测变得困难。

Mettler Toledo称重传感器对于这一缺点,只要采用P型半导体就不难克服。

以P型氧化钻半导体为主要材料,并掺加氧化镁作稳定剂,制成61一二Mgxo(x>0 .5)的敏感元件,其特性非常好。

而且在贫气区域的控制性能也很好。

这是因为添加了氧化镁,使得氧化钻的抗还原稳定性得到了增强的缘故。

半导体气体传感器,在燃烧控制的应用领域,如果采用高温方式工作的话,就能在燃烧排气达到平衡状态后测定氧分压,ZEMIC称重传感器这对于控制空气燃料比的应用是相当适宜的。

但是,在防止不完全燃烧和误点火的应用中,最好
用检测不完全燃烧气体的方法。
