海报的写作格式和内容 海报一般由标题、正文和落款三部分组成。 (一)标题 海报的标题写法较多，大体可以有以下一些形式： 其一，单独由文种名构成。即在第一行中间写上“海报”字样。 其二，直接由活动的内容承担题目。如“舞讯”、“影讯”、 “球讯”等。 其三，可以是一些描述性的文字。如“×××再显风彩、××寺 旧事重提”。 (二)正文 海报的正文要求写清楚以下一些内容： 第一，活动的目的和意义。 第二，活动的主要项目、时间、地点等。 第三，参加的具体方法及一些必要的注意事项等。 (三)落款 要求署上主办单位的名称及海报的发文日期。 以上的格 式是就海报的整体而讲的，实际的使用中，有些内容可以少写 或省略。
齐头式信件款式：
• 注：用齐头式信件写信，其正文与称呼之 间空一至二行。每段的第一句句子不需要 空格，但段与段之间需要空一至二行。齐 头式信件的信尾客套话和签名可以有两种 款式。第一种写在左下方，这是最常用也 是最正式的。另外也可以写在右下方，这 种形式则表示写信人与收信人之间的关系 比较熟悉随便。

通知一般公布即将发生或已经发生之事， 如宣布举行各种比赛，放映电影或录像， 举办晚会，召开研讨会等等。通知的格式 可按书信或备忘录的形式写出，一般应至 少包含以下几部分内容： (1)时间 (2)地点 (3)活动 (4)其他细节

ANNOUNCEMENT
折衷式信件款式：
用折衷式书写信件，其正文与称呼之间空一至二 行。第一段第一句的第一个单词必须在Dear称呼 的直接下面。以后每段开头都要与第一段第一个 字对齐。信尾的客套话和签名都写在右下方。朋 友之间写信一般都使用折衷式，而且称呼与正文 之间一般不空行。具体款式和要求参见后面的一 些信件。 以下是一封折衷式信件。
海报写作的注意事项
海报一定要具体真实地写明活动的地点、 时间及主要内容。文中可以用些鼓动性的 词 语， 但不可夸大实事。 海报文字要求简 洁明了，篇幅要短小精悍。 登出海报的日 期常写在最后一行，顶格写。海报的版式 可以做些艺术性的处理，以吸引观众。
