From my own perspective, delaying retirement age is a trend that no one can reverse. As China enters the aging society, the nation’s finance cannot sustain so large a population of non-working pensioners.On the other hand, with remarkably longer life spans, the early retirement of skilled workers is really a waste of human resources. Perhaps, the key to the problem lies in a fairer compensation system and taking into account the interest of all people.

Ever since the launch of our new products on the market three months ago, manufacturers of similar products have kicked off some specific measures directed at us. We are confronted with unprecedented pressure and competition.I suggest that the heads of the corporation could further coordinate the efforts of different departments and expand the range of rights for salespeople. When they are more flexible in dealing with customers’ demand, our salespeople will shoulder more responsibilities.

A few are even directly adapted from Harvard Business courses which might prove inapplicable in Chinese SOEs.Several teachers have no relevant experiences in business management and only repeat the contents in the books. Can the teaching set-up incorporate more Chinese successful cases and invite some prominent business leaders to give us lectures?
