Over-current-proofCustomer must apply resistors for protection , otherwise slight voltage shiftwill cause big current change ( Burn out will happen ).2. Storage time2.1 The operation of Temperature and RH are : 5℃~35℃, RH60%. 2.2 Once the package is opened, the products should be used within a week. Otherwise, they should be kept in a damp proof box with descanting agent. Considering the tape life , we suggest our customers to use our products within a year(from production date).2.3 If opened more than one week in an atmosphere 5℃~35℃, RH 60%, they should be treated at 60℃±5℃for 15hrs.2.4 When you discover that the desiccant in the package has a pink color (Normal = blue) , you should treat them in the same conditions as 2.3.Soldering heat Reflow Temp / TimeSoldering IronBasic spec is ≦5 sec when 260℃.If temperature is higher, time should be shorter (+10℃→ -1sec). Power dissipation of Iron should be smaller than 15 W , and temperature should be controllable. Surface temperature of the device should be under 230 ℃.11-21USOC/S530-XX/TR8 Rework1. Customer must finish rework within 5 sec under 245℃.2. The head of iron can not touch copper foil.。

Washing agents may have a negative effect on the long-term functionality of the product.•Using a brush during the cleaning process may break the optoelectronic component body. Therefore, we do not recommend using a brush during the PCB cleaning process.Potting:•If the product is potted in the customer application, the potting material might shrink or expand during and after hardening. Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the optoelectronic component body, pins or termination. Expansion could damage the components. We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. Therefore, all products shall be used within the period of 12 months based on the day of shipment.•Do not expose the optoelectronic component to direct sunlight.•The storage conditions in the original packaging are defined according to DIN EN 61760-2.•For a moisture sensitive component, the storage condition in the original packaging is defined according to IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-033. It is also recommended to return the optoelectronic component to the original moisture proof bag and reseal the moisture proof bag again. •The storage conditions stated in the original packaging apply to the storage time and not to the transportation time of the components. Packaging:•The packaging specifications apply only to purchase orders comprising whole packaging units. Ensure the solar panel is not being shaded by tree, shrub or building shadows throughout the day as this will influence the charge of the battery and shorten the working time at night.• Avoid locations with strong nighttime light sources nearby, such as street or porch lights, as it may cause the light to turn off due to the light detecting sensor receiving too much ambient light.• Before mounting the stakes into the ground, make sure the soil is softened. Hard soil may damage or break the stake.ASSEMBLY & OPERATION1. Carefully unpack your solar light from the box.2. Push the top and bottom stake pieces firmly together.3. 1.产品尺寸(1)功率:一般以毫瓦数计算。
