3.低压配电网三相不平衡节能算法研究

摘要：配电网三相负荷不平衡对供电电网以及变压器等电器都会造成不利的影响，致使低压电网的可靠性和稳定性差，线损增高。结合工程实例，利用遗传算法在Matlab环境下求解出一个最优的负荷分配方案，从而使三相不平衡电路尽量接近三相平衡状态，减小零序电流，从而减少配网损耗，使系统能够在更加经济的状态下运行，达到节能效果。Abstract: The unbalanced three-phase load has negative effects on the power supply and the electrical appliances like transformers, resulting in poor low-voltage grid reliability and stability with higher line loss. Combined with engineering examples, this paper adopts the use of genetic algorithm in Matlab environment, establishing an optimal load distribution scheme to keep the unbalanced three-phase circuit close to the three-phase equilibrium state. It finds out that the system can be more economical in running state as the zero-sequence current decreases and distribution network losses are reduced.

We should not be too romantic about interpersonal relationships. Human beings are funny. Usually, when they meet a person they will first notice his or her merits. It’s just like the experience of dining in a restaurant. The starter or appetizer will leave you a very good impression. You will be full of praise while eating the first two main courses. The more you eat, the calmer you will become. At the end of the dinner you will find out all the shortcomings. Then happiness turns to anger, praise to scolding and nitpicking, and head-nodding to head- shaking. This is because : first, you are hungry when you begin eating. When you are hungry, the chaff tastes as sweet as honey; when you are full, even the honey tastes tasteless.Just as the saying goes, the newly-built latrine will have incense for the first three days. This may be called the “defamiliarization effect”.
