郑重提示：在安装本许可服务之前请卸载掉您原有的NX5.0以上所有版本的许可服务，或进入许可服务删除原有ug5.0以上的所有许可服务，重新安装本软件里面的许可服务，本许可服务可以通用于UG5.0以上的所有版本！也就是说UG5.0-UG8.0的所有版本就使用这一个许可服务就行了，不需要再建立其它许可服务，本许可破解使用时间限制2019年9月30日，不过等到那个时候你还在用8.0吗？！噢！差点忘记了，本许可服务完全可以和imageware 13.2的许可兼容，也就是说你的imageware 13.2也可以使用这个破解了。

DSP builder安装指南（以8.0为例）1、软件准备本指导是针对软件dsp builder 8.0 + Quartus II 8.0 Web Edition+ MATLAB 7.1的安装。
2、MATLAB软件，必须安装 Simulink组件。
3、安装Quartus II软件，并破解。
4、安装DSP Builder前，请关闭MATLAB软件和Quartus II软件，安装程序中包含的脚本会自动关联Quartus II 和Matlab。

3、打开Quartus II 软件，Tool→License Setup4、勾上Use LM_LICENSE_FILE variable，这里显示的路径就是我们在环境变量里设置好的路径。
如果你的Quartus II 软件够正版的，本步骤可以省略。
5、把DSP Builder破解器中包含的License 的所有内容黏贴到 Quartus II软件的License中。
注意，如果原Quartus II 软件的License可能已经包含DSP Builder 的“Feature” 内容，把这些内容删除，避免与DSP Builder 破解器包含的 License内容冲突。
也可以在Quartus II的 license后面打分号，把DSP Builder的license路进指定。

首先我先去几家网站上下载，没办法，都是一些附加软件，怒删。
上某宝上搜索了一下，还真有，对比之下，买了这家的软件软件到手，开始安装：1.打开setp1文件夹，运行LICENSE.EXE安装Key.lxkProteus 8.1 SP1 破解教程2.安装proteus8.1.SP13.打开setp2文件，打开目录下面的bin文件夹，删掉PDS.EXE文件（一定要删除），然后把bin目录下的文件复制到安装目录bin文件覆盖对应文件4.把setp2文件下的MODELS文件夹复制到C:\ProgramData\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional合并对应目录汉化方法首先安装上方破解方法破解文件后，将汉化包类的文件把Translations复制到proteus8.0以上的安装目录下，覆盖同名文件即可。

2：运行Quartus II-v8.0-crack目录下的Quartus_II_8.0_b215破解器.exe后,直接点击“应用补丁”，如果出现“未找到该文件。搜索该文件吗？”，点击“是”，然后选中Quartus II安装目录下..quartus\bin的sys_cpt.dll，点击“打开”。安装默认的sys_cpt.dll路径是在C:\altera\80\quartus\bin下，同时保存好license.dat文件
3：把license.dat里的XXXXXXXXXXXX 用本机的网卡号替换(在Quartus II 8.0的Tools菜单下选择License Setup，下面就有NIC ID)。
4：在Quartus II 8.0的Tools菜单下选择License Setup，然后选择License file，最后点击OK。

本套件实验必需用到的软件为QuartusII(简称QII)和NiosIDE。
首先安装QII，安装并破解完成后，安装NiosIDE。
注意：在安装QII或者NiosIDE的时候，如果装有防火墙的电脑提示是否允许软件访问网络时，务必要点击允许，否则将会影响下载线不能正常使用。
一. Quartus II 8.0 的安装和破解：
安装说明：如果要重装Quartus II，或者升级Quartus II，一定要先卸载Quartus II 或者老版本的Quartus II。
是在“控制面板--添加/删除程序”中卸载，而不是简单的删除。
1.安装：打开光盘，运行光盘\工具软件\quartusII8.0\setup.exe;
开始安装,安装路径必需为英文,如:D:\altera.不能包含空格以及特殊符号。
QII安装比较费硬盘空间，用户可以选择自定义安装，去掉一些不需要功能以及器件支持。
比如如果是32位的操作系统可以去掉64位系统支持。
安装完后运行(80sp1_quartus_windows升级补丁.exe)打上SP1补丁;
2．破解：
说明：本站所有破解均来自互联网，仅供学习之用，商业用途请购买正版。
1）运行破解文件中的QuartusII80_SP1_patch.exe,点击应用补丁，如果程序没有自动搜索到需要被修改的文件，则需要手中指定到到安装目录下的sys_cpt.dll(目录 X:\altera\quartus8 0\bin\)文件。
2）文件修改完成后，破解程序会导出一个license.dat文件，将此文件保存到任一目录，然后修改里面hostid改为您的网卡号。
使用记事本或者写字板打开license.dat，为方便修改众多的网卡号，可以使用记事本或者写字板中的查找-替换命令。
网卡号的查看方法：
开始Æ运行输入“CMD“
确定
后在窗口内输入”ipconfig –all”,可看到类似
“Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-20-ED-8A-29-BA“。
如图：
00-20-ED-8A-29-BA便是网卡物理地址，把去掉“-“号，即hostid=0020ED8A29BA。
3. 把修改好的license.dat文件放在某个目录(路径不能包含有中文)如：D:/altera/license/目录然后打开QII，在QII菜单：toos->license setup 在此把license.dat定位到修改好的licens e文件。
如下图：
如果QII编译生成的的SOF为timelimited.sof且没有POF生成，则是因为没有破解成功，重新破解过。
（注：如果某些破解包中仅提供了一个sys_cpt.dll和一个license.dat文件，只需要将此sys_ cpt.dll复制到X:\altera\quartus72\bin\下覆盖同名文件，然后按上面的方法处理license.dat文件即可）。
二.Nios II IDE 的安装。
安装说明：Quartus II 与NIOS II IDE是配套使用，他们的版本号要相同或者兼容。
因此在安装和卸载时这两款软件应该同步。
点击80_nios2eds_windows.exe安装即可,安装完后需要再打上SP1补丁80sp1_nios2eds_wi ndows.exe。
Nios II IDE不需要破解，安装完后即可使用了。
