1.1 ET200SP 设备名称修改需要注意的是CPU 和从站名称和编号的命名,因为后续在和别人的PLC进行通讯时,人家的CPU和ET200SP也使用默认地址和名称的话会有冲突。
我们可以在下载的时候先手动命名其它的设备名称防止冲突。
CPU的IP和设备名称ET200SP的IP 和设备名称若使用的默认的,我们也可以在线时候修改:如上图,在线之后我们可以看到此网络所有设备,然后选择需要修改的设备,由于此处我使用的仿真,无法演示,实际是可以修改的。
1.2 AI参数设置地址设置电压电流选择1.3 CPU参数设置系统时钟和通讯需要设置一下:时钟设置此处勾选,用于和其它PLC S7通信2.软件设计此处简单介绍下操作,用过西门子软件的可以直接跳过了。

FB与FC有与调用它的块共享的输入/输出参数,执行完FB和FC后,将执行结果返回给调用它的代码块。
功能没有固定的存储区,功能执行结束后,其局部变量中德临时数据就丢失了。
可以使用全局变量来存储那些在功能执行结束后需要保存的数据。
设压力变送器的压力下限为0Mpa,上限为High Mpa,经A/D转换后得到0-27648的整数。
下式是转换后的数字N和压力P之间的计算公式:P=(High*N)/27648Mpa用功能实现上述运算,并在OB1中调用。

3)InOut(输入_输出参数):初值由调用它的块提供,块执行后返回给调用它的块。
4)Temp(临时数据):暂时保存在局部数据堆栈中德数据。
只是在执行块时使用临时数据,执行完后,不再保存临时数据的数值,它可能被别的临时数据覆盖。
5)Return中的Ret_Val(返回值),属于输出参数。
在变量声明中赋值时,不需要指定存储器地址;根据各变量的数据类型,程序编辑器自动地为所有局部变量指定存储地址。
