摘要随着全球经济一体化，特别是我国加入WTO以后，企业正面临着国际国内市场竞争的严峻形势，企业管理由面向内部资源管理转变为面向整个供应链的管理，而其中采购管理，则是供应链管理中非常重要的一个环节；研究表明，通过SWOT分析法对企业内、外部环境进行整合管理，从而改进采购管理模式，因此企业才能更好的面对严峻的形势。本文从国内中小企业的采购管理方式入手，以企业采购管理的发展趋势为研究对象，深入了解企业采购管理的发展趋势，并对其中的“战略采购”进行深入了解，明确了解到，战略采购管理理念已进入了国际贸易领域并成为国际贸易的重要内容，同时表明我国企业所面临的市场竞争同样也进入了全球性的竞争。文中以“广东益街坊”这家公司为例，通过对国内外专家学者对于现代采购管理理念的研究，分析这家公司采购管理的现状，并提出对现状的一些改进措施。一个企业能否持续发展，很大程度上取决于其采用何种采购管理方式。通过研究了解，中国企业要在竞争激烈的国际市场上站稳脚跟，就必须依据企业自身的发展现状和信息技术的更新状况，适时调整企业采购管理策略，最大限度地合理利用社会资源，并且最大限度地利用企业自身的、包括无形的和有形的资源，适时、适地、适量地进行采购。

"Guangdong yijiefang" is used to the company as an example, based on the idea of modern purchasing management at home and abroad experts and scholars for research, analysis of the company's procurement management status quo, and the status quo of some improvement measures are put forward. An enterprise sustainable development, what kind of purchase management largely depends on its use. Through research to understand, the Chinese enterprises want to gain a foothold in the fierce competition in the international market, it must be based on the current situation of the development of the enterprise itself and the update status of information technology, timely adjust enterprise purchasing management strategy, maximize the rational utilization of social resources, and maximize the enterprise itself, including the intangible and tangible resources, timely, proper, moderate for procurement.
