建筑物分室墙采用规格为300*600*100mm的B06级加气混凝土砌块，砌体强度等级不得小于A5.0，使用M5.0混合砂浆砌筑。
卫生间、厨房隔墙下部必须筑200mm高细石混凝土坎，宽度同墙宽。

浇筑混凝土前，先清除模板内的松散物料、杂物，并预先洒水湿润。
经监理工程师检验后可以开始浇筑。
在振捣时，要注意振动棒不要触损钢筋网。
同时振捣要充分，以排除混凝土中的气泡，防止麻面现象。
夏季混凝土浇筑后，及时在模板表面覆盖浸湿麻袋进行养护，防止高温产生的过早硬化和裂纹。
待混凝土强度达到拆模要求后，进行拆模，拆模时不得损伤砼体的表面及棱角。
拆模后在混凝土表面覆盖浸湿麻袋洒水养护。
拆下的模板清洗干净，打磨整理后有序堆放以备下次使用。
2、构件安装必须在构件混凝土强度达到不低于设计强度的75%寸才能进行构件的吊装和运输，运输时应采用木垫或其它弹性材料加以铺垫或用加支架的方法加以固定，不得有互相碰撞的现象。

过梁构造柱施工技术交底填充墙构造柱设置要求（1）填充墙内设置构造柱，可参照图集《12G614—1》第18~20页，在以下部位设置：1）填充墙转角处；2）当墙长度超过5m或层高的2倍时，应在填充墙中部设置；3）当填充墙顶部为自由端时，构造柱间距不应大于4m；4）当填充墙端部无主体结构或垂直墙体与之拉结时，端部应设置；5）当门窗洞口宽度≥2.1m时，洞口两侧应设置；6）外墙上所有带雨棚的门洞两侧均应设置通高构造柱，且应与雨棚梁可靠拉结；7）楼梯间填充墙应设置间距不大于层高且不大于4m的构造柱。

当水平系梁被门窗洞口切断时，水平系梁纵筋应锚入洞边构造柱中或与洞边抱框拉结牢固。

2、浇筑方法：将混凝土卸到铁皮上，用铁锹将混凝土卸到模内。
2、浇筑混凝土构造柱时，先将振动棒插入柱底部，使其振动再灌入混凝土，应分层浇筑振捣，每层不得超过60cm，边下料边振捣，一般浇筑高度不超过1.5m。
3、混凝土振捣：混凝土浇时要求边浇筑边用橡皮锤敲击模板，同时注意模板是否变形，变形随时修正。

一、构造柱的设置原则:
1、应根据砌体结构体系、砌体类型、结构或构件的受力或稳定要求，以及其他功能或构造要求，在墙体中的规定部位设置现浇混凝土构造柱。
2、对于大开间荷载较大或层高较高以及层数大于等于8层的砌体结构房屋宜按下列要求设置构造柱：

3、提前检查布料机的吊索、螺丝、管卡是否影响施工需要。
4、准备规格、数量适宜的振捣棒，要有备用棒。
5、准备数量充分的塑料薄膜。
6、密切关注气象状况，准备好人员以及现场的防雨物资。
7、根据现场施工部署，需要小型溜槽辅助施工的，要提前准备到位。
8、提前准备接水、接砂浆用的钢板料斗。
9、需要用塔吊吊运混凝土的，要提前考虑准备好吊斗，并在每次用完后清洗干净。
10、前、后台作业人员要配备对讲机，并配备备用电池，保持通讯畅通。
11、备用发电机一台。
12、施工现场要备用足够数量的消防灭火器。
三、施工工艺1．基础砼浇筑浇筑采用斜面分层（坡度1：6）、依次推进、整体浇筑原则。
在每一下料口，三个振捣手均匀分布在整个斜面，沿图示中小箭头方向推进，确保不漏振，使新泵出的混凝土与上一斜面混凝土充分密实地结合。
振捣应及时、到位，避免混凝土中石子流入坡底，发生离析现象。

（2）喂梁
机动平车载梁与主机对位后，顶梁扁担顶起梁片前端，主机拖梁小车运行到梁片下方合适位置，垫好木板，除去垫块，落下顶梁扁担，梁片落到拖梁小车上，支好撑杆即可进行拖梁工作。
主机拖梁小车分主动和被动两种拖梁小车，梁片前端落在主动拖梁小车上，走行一定距离后再将梁片后端落在被动小车上，任何梁型都应使小车尽量接近梁片的两端。
梁片前端悬出机动平车前端符合桥梁装运规定，最小不能小于3200mm，并用撑杆将梁片支牢，防止梁片倾斜。
曲线架梁时可将梁片前端偏装，利于过梁。
3、机动平车给架桥机喂梁
具体操作：
（1）机动平车行走
机动平车载梁运行速度0~7K m/h，距主机50~100m时一度停车，与主机对位速度≤0.5K m/h。
机动平车运梁线路应符合TB10213―99《铁路架桥机架梁规程》要求。
要保证架桥机与运梁车的轨面处于同一标高上，以确保架桥机能够顺利喂梁。
（4）倒装轨排时，应先将吊轨排扁担挂在前换装架上，只用一个换装架进行轨排吊装。
安全注意事项：
立龙门吊处的地基必须坚实，地基沉降不得超过相关标准，并至少垫放两层枕木。
龙门吊一般架立在直线、无坡度地段,特殊情况时，线路坡度小于6‰，曲线半径大于1200m，龙门吊到桥头的距离一般为200~500m。
龙门吊两立柱与水平面垂直，垂直度≤2/1000，龙门吊中心与线路中心重合，误差≤10mm。
③电气部分：各电路接头良好、仪表完好，发动机工作正常，电机绝缘良好。
液压部分：各液压元件无损伤，液压油达到使用液面高度。
机械部分：各机械部件（拖梁机构，梁走行机构，吊梁小车卷扬机，横移机构），运转正常，润滑良好，连接牢固、制动可靠。

2.施工要点：过梁及三角块施工时必须按以下要点进行。
（1）砼浇筑高度应低于模板顶面2~3mm，避免出现边角不齐现象。
（2）砼浇筑时必须振捣充分，必须振捣至砼浆返至表面（此种情况无需抹压），保证成型后观感。
（3）过梁钢筋应放置在过梁顶部。
（4）三角块浇筑时应采用细石砼，中间分隔抽板两侧应同时灌灰，避免受力不均导致三角块变形。
抽板须摆正。
（5）砼浇筑前地面必须铺设塑料薄膜，薄膜应铺设到位，不得有遗漏。
（6）每次拆模后模板表面砼必须完全清理干净，涂刷机油保证涂刷到位。
（7）过梁施工场地区域墙面、地面做好保护，避免砼及机油污染墙面、地面。

1、水泥：P.O32.5级普硅水泥。
7、检查砼在拌制地点及浇筑的坍落度，每一工作班至少检查两次。
8、在砼浇筑完毕后，应铺薄膜一层，砼角楞应封闭严实。12小时后揭处薄膜盖再生棉浇水进行养护14天以上。
9、砼达到一定强度后，即可拆除模板，揭处薄膜盖再生棉浇水进行养护14天以上。
10、盖薄膜前在混凝土面标识制作日期和“面上”的记录，以便后期安装参考。

六、环保措施
1、水泥袋用完后集中堆放，捆好后统一送到材料库。
2、冲搅拌机用水经沉淀后，集中处理。
七、每栋楼必须确保在2018年4月15日前预制完成1-16层的过梁，以确保砌体施工的正常进行。

2、表面平整度允许偏差：3mm
五、安全要求：
1、搅拌机操作者应为经过专业培训，并经考核合格持有上岗证的人员。严禁无证人员操作。
2、搅拌机运转中不得用手或工具等物伸入搅拌筒内扒料、出料。
3、清理斗坑时，应将料斗双保险钩挂牢后方可清理。
4、搅拌机刷洗干净后，将料斗升起，挂牢双保险钩，拉闸断电，锁好电闸箱。
