应用文写作指导之申请信讲义高三英语一轮复习

同学们不仅要把握“写好申请信〞的语言学问，同时，也要把握并内化申请信中所展现出的主题句、总结句以及规律连接语等语篇学问。正由于内化，所以可以迁移到其它的写作中。从老师的角度看，我认为假如我们开展应用文的体系教学，不妨先从申请信入手，缘由在于：申请信的用途较广，而且还能让同学列举自己优点，从而树立自信。

二、“申请信〞的总体结构

申请信的总体框架框架可参考以下框架图。

三、“申请信〞各局部写什么

〔一〕第一段写什么？

第一段的内容通常是：自我介绍+写信目的。常见句型中，既有分词作状语，即：Doing sth, Sb do，可见例句(1)(3), 也有单句,见(4) (6)。强调一下，用Doing sth, sb do句

型时，Doing sth不要写得太长，不要悬空失主。

(1)I am Li Hua, a high school graduate. Knowing that your pany offers several summer part time jobs, I am writing to apply for one of them.

(2)I am Li Hua, who is from Class 1, Grade 3 and interested in Chinese traditional

culture. Learning that you want actors for an art show, I am writing to apply to be one of them.

(3)Iam Li Hua, a Grade 2 student. Getting the news that you will select five excellent

students as exchange students to study abroad, I’m writing to apply to be one of them.

(4) I am Li Hua, a high school student. I am writing to you in the hope that I may obtain an opportunity to join the Music Association.

(5) I am Li Hua, a high school graduate. I’m glad to learn that an English teacher is wanted, and I am quite interested in it.

(6) I am Li Hua, a high school graduate. Your advertisement made me unable to wait to write this application. I want to join you as a waiter / volunteer.

〔二〕其次段写什么？

其次段内容主要是“申请理由〞绽开。这种绽开尽可能形成“主题句+拓展句+总结

句〞这种范式。

主题句就是第一句，拓展句就是中间假设干句，总结句就是结尾句。

1、第一句：主题句

(1) Here are my advantages.

(2) Some advantages urge me to apply for this position.

(3) Here’s my introduction.

(4) Here’s the detailed information about myself.

(5) The reasons for my application are as follows.

(6) I am convinced that I am suitable for the work. (也可以作总结句置于段末。〕

(7) I’m confident that I am qualified.〔也可以作总结句置于段末。〕

(8) I am the right person who can meet your job requirements.

【留意】主题句也可以位于第一段〔上段〕末尾。如：

I am Li Hua from Class 7 Grade 3. I have learn from the newspaper that you need / are recruiting some volunteers. I am really interested in it.I am the right person who can meet your job descriptions perfectly.〔主题句位于首段尾〕

2、第2X句：拓展句〔详细说明申请理由，多数状况就是说明自己应招的优势〕

这里笔者把主题句也带上了。同学们重点关注主题句后面的拓展句。

(1) Some advantages urge me to apply for this position. In the first place,

I have a good knowledge of Chinese poems. Besides, I am experienced in translating.

At last, I am outgoing and enthusiastic.

(2) I’m confident that I am qualified. To begin with, I speak fluent English. Moreover, I am outgoing. Last but not least, I once participated in similar activities, making me experienced.

(3) The reasons why I apply for this position are as follows. For one thing, I can municate with others in English. For another, I am a brilliant organizer. In addition, I master related knowledge well.

(4) Here are my advantages. Not only do I boast a good knowledge of Chinese

poems, but also I am experienced in translating. Furthermore, I am outgoing and

enthusiastic.
