下表所示为如何用DIP开关设置EM231 8AI模块的量程。

开关1、2和3可选择模拟量输入范围。

所有的输入设置成相同的模拟量输入范围。

下表中,ON为接通,OFF为断开。

需要特别注意的是,未使用的DIP开关SW4~SW6,必须设置到OFF的位置。

软件配置
对于EM231 8AI×16位模拟量输入模块,其读数是在VW中,而不是AIW,模块所处的相对位置不同,对应的地址也不同。

地址计算公式如下:
x(VWx) = 槽位号× 64 + 输入通道号× 2
槽位号对应模块的安装位置,紧靠CPU的第一个扩展模块槽位号为0,第二个扩展模块槽位号为1,依此类推。

输入通道共8路,从A至G,对应的编号为0至7。

下面给出基于上面公式计算得到的地址速查表:
注意: 由于CO-TRUST的TD2X文本显示器和SIEMENS的TD200文本显示面板所分配的地址固定为VW0,因而如果你的系统中需要同时使用到TD2X或TD200和EM231 8AI模块,则EM231 8AI 模块不能安装在第一个位置(Slot 0),否则将不能正常工作。

配好的溶液由2台计量泵(一用一备)抽到原水投加点。

(1)手动运行:把要运行的那台泵(对应矾池必须有矾液)的模式选择开关打到“手动”位置,按“启动”按钮开泵,运行时“运行”灯亮,故障时“故障”灯亮;按“停止”按钮停泵,停止时“停止”灯亮。

0XA0是一个完全兼容西门子S7-200的扩展模块;具有8路输入16位精度的模拟量输入模块。

扩展模块具有与CPU 相同的设计特点,通过总线互相连接;模块可接受双极性电压、单级性电压和电流输入信号,能满足现场各种传感器的要求。

下表所示为用DIP开关设置EM231 8AI模块的量程的方法。

下表中,上拨为ON,下拨为OFF。

特殊应用:
SW1,SW2和SW5可分别单独控制第7通道,第8通道和第1 ~ 6通道的电压和电流输入模式切换。

例如:现有电压信号0 ~5V和电流信号0 ~20mA,则可将拨码开关设为:
将电压信号接第1通道,电流信号接第7通道,从而实现电压信号和电流信号的同时测量。
