作为一个密集城市建设带，基地内各项建设活动已经基本覆盖 片区。其中各种大型商业住宅开发项目、商业地产项目、公共 服务设施、公园和市政公用设施等已建建筑大多规模较大、建 筑质量好，且建成时间较短，应在规划中尽量保留。各类设施 包括医院、敬老院、行政办公单位、学校等。

As one of the fully developed urban areas of Qingdao, the site area are nearly fully occupied by all kinds of buildings. Among them, there are some large residential, commercial developments and many public service facilities such as hospitals, administrative buildings, schools, nursing homes and a funeral parlor. All these are newly built and in good condition, thus it’s encouraged to have them intact to avoid waste of resources.

A City Postcard, Leaves a Strong Memory
Liuting International Airport lies just to the north of Baisha River, then adding clearance restrictions on adjacent fields. The Baisha River flows from the east Laoshan Reservoir to the west Jiaozhou Bay. As one of the sources of drinking water, waterfront area should also obey drinking water protection requirements.

Committed Plots
基地内各项开发建设活跃，目前已出让的大型居住和商业项目 有17项之多，反映了片区的土地价值正逐渐被各类开发商和投 资者看好。这些地块应尊重国有用地出让合同，用地性质和边 界尽量不发生改变。
Developments in this area are many and in big scale. There are some 17 plots which have been let out for residential and commercial developments. The land use and boundaries of these plots shall be respected in the following planning process.

基地北部是流亭机场，受机场净空限制影响。白沙河东侧为崂 山水库，西侧汇入胶州湾，因白沙河亦是饮用水水源，沿线需 满足水源保护要求。
The whole site area is about 27 square kilometers, across both Liuting and Xiazhuang Neighborhoods. The total population amounts to 61,000, with 33,000 living in rural communities and the other 28,000 living in newly built residential blocks.
