指向学科核心素养的小学英语纸笔测试题的编制———以《新标准英语》(三起)四(上)为例

《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称《课标》)指出,小学阶段可以适度进行终结性评价,其评价方式和方法要与平时的课堂教学相近,采取适合小学生特点的生动有趣的活动形式。

笔者选取了10套各地《新标准英语》(三起)四(上)期末试卷(其中8套有听力部分),在对其题型统计后发现,占试卷较大比例的8种题型在形式和内容上都比较单调、乏味,不符合《课标》的要求,更谈不上对课堂教学起到应有的反拨作用,不能促进学生英语学科核心素养的提升。

笔者针对以上问题,尝试着编制指向学科核心素养的小学英语纸笔测试题,以期改进英语试卷题型,从而促进课堂教学的改善。

一、创设模拟语境,让试题指向语言能力的培养“听录音,辨单词”的听力题型在统计表中所占比例最大。

笔者选取了其中一小题如下:听录音,选出你所听到的单词,并将正确答案的编号填入题前括号内。

A.faceB.fastC.fish《课标》指出:“听力部分应着重考查学生理解和获取信息的能力,避免单纯辨音题等脱离语境的题型。

”此题就是单纯的辨音题,只能够考查出学生对单词的音、形之间的联系。

题中的A 和C 两个单词的发音区别甚小,小学生只从发音上去分辨它们是很容易判断错的。

《课标》的听力评价案例中,试题均采用了“听录音,选图片”的形式,旨在让学生在一定的语境中通过语音所承载的语义来分辨选项。

因此本题可以改进成试题1。

【试题1】听句子,找图片。

从A ,B ,C 三张图片中找出与你所听到的句子相符的一张,并将其字母代号填入题前括号内。

A.B.C.听力材料:You can ’t see her face.或She can run fast.或He ’s going to fish.试题1将单词放在句子和图片提供的模拟语境下,不再显得单调突兀。

图片均为卡通形式,富有童趣,适合小学生的年龄特点,能在轻松愉悦的氛围下以听、看的方式检测学生的语言理解能力。

语言能力包括对语言的认知能力和语言的运用能力。

3.推动实施单元整体教学,教师要依据单元育人蓝图实施教学,要构建由单元教学目标、语篇教学目标和课时教学目标组成的目标体系,使学生逐步建构起对单元主题的完整认知,促进正确态度和价值观的形成。

4.教师要以单元教学目标为统领,组织各语篇教学内容,规划系列教学活动,实施单元持续性评价。

5.开展语篇研读,教师要对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等进行分析;明确主题意义,提炼语篇中的结构化知识,建立文体特征、语言特点等与主题意义的关联,多层次、多角度分析语篇传递的意义,挖掘文化内涵和育人价值,把握教学主线。

6.开展语篇研读,教师要根据学生基于主题的已知与未知,确定教学目标和教学重难点,为设计教与学的活动提供依据。
