我对考试的看法的英语作文篇1Since school comes into being, the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students. So far it is still being used, which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it. However, it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they haven't. Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it.In my opinion, the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard. One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests, not for acquiring knowledge especially in China. Obviously the final object of education is XXX us intellective by learning more knowledge. While the test is only a way to examine the level of students' studies, it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students. Why can it be called a terrible sifter? Now in the tests, which decide who can enter a higher school, thousands of poor students, who want a splendid future, must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case, how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge? To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nationwill get, genuine persons with ability or just test robots?Secondly, tests will bring the examinees great pressure, which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests, they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those, the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently, there is a bad influence on their health.Thirdly, in fact, test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test. For instance, someone cheated in test so that his score would be higher than others. Or someone who was too nervous to perform well fell in the test.Only in spare time and no pressure of tests existent, students can study simply for the fun, for obtaining knowledge and for the things that they are really interested in. But now the test system is the only way to select which one is better, who can reach better school and who can get good job. Then what we can do is to improve the test system or hope that something better will be invented and replace the test system.我对考试的看法的英语作文篇2In my opinion, examinations are one of the important activities in school life. I have gone through all sorts of examinations since my primary school. I have tasted the flavor of happiness and sadness. Before examinations I always have a hard time and don't know what to do.During examinations I feel nervous and sometimes my mind bees blank Only after examinations does the world seem to be bright again and am I brimming with vigor. Weoften plain that our teachers make trouble for us on purpose. But it is not true. The fact is that examinations are just a way to-help us do better in our study.我对考试的看法的英语作文篇3for going on with my further studies,i took the entrance examination in a senior middle school last week.i still remember there were more than three hundred candidates taking part in this examination. for the first day,in the morning, chinese was easy. we were required to write a composition of 250 words on "my home life",and give definitions and illustrations to twenty phrases. in the afterno on,we took an english examination. there were dictation, sentence formation, and analysis for oral english. in the oral examination,i was questioned about my home life,my experience in the junior middle school and my future prospects.on the second day,we were examined on history and geography in the morning and physics and chemistry in the afternoon.为了进一步学习,我上周在一所高中参加了入学考试。

如何看待的考试英语作文

如何看待的考试英语作文I think exams are a necessary evil. They are stressful, but they also push us to study and learn the material. It's a love-hate relationship, for sure.Exams can be a source of anxiety for many students. The pressure to perform well can be overwhelming, and some people struggle to cope with it. It's important to find healthy ways to manage exam stress, whether it's through exercise, meditation, or talking to a friend. On the other hand, exams are a good way to measure our understanding of the material. They force us to review and consolidate what we've learned, which can actually be quite beneficial in the long run. Plus, the feeling of accomplishment when you ace an exam is unbeatable. In an ideal world, exams wouldn't be the only way to assess a student's knowledge. There are so many other factors that contribute to a person's intelligence andabilities, and exams only capture a small part of that. It would be great to see more emphasis on project-based assessments or practical demonstrations of skills.Overall, exams are a necessary part of the education system, but they shouldn't be the be-all and end-all. It's important to find a balance and not let the pressure of exams take over our lives.。

说说对考试的看法英语作文1. Exams are like a necessary evil in our lives. They can be stressful and nerve-wracking, but they also push us to study hard and strive for success.2. Some people believe that exams are the only way to measure a student's knowledge and abilities. However, I think that exams are just one way to evaluate students, and they don't always reflect a person's true potential.3. It's important to prepare well for exams, but it's also crucial to remember that a test score does not define who you are as a person. Your worth is not determined by a grade on a piece of paper.4. Exams can be a good opportunity to challenge ourselves and see how much we have learned. They can also help us identify areas where we need to improve and focus our efforts on studying more effectively.5. At the end of the day, exams are just a small part of our academic journey. What truly matters is the knowledge and skills we gain along the way, and how we use them to make a positive impact in the world.。

我对考试的看法的英语作文篇1We live in a world full of competition, part of which includes examinations. Unfortunately, our fate and future are determined by it. We need to pass the College Entrance Exam to enter university; excel in interviews to obtain a job; pass the driving test to acquire a driver’s license. Examinations take place in everyday life of common people; hence we have got too accustomed to it to realize its negative side. The facts speak for themselves that examinations have become a yardstick of success and failure in today’s society. Its efficiency of measurement may explain part of its popularity, but does it truly reflect a person’s ability and aptitude? It is vital to make such a fact clear that examinations cannot test what we know, but what we remember. A student with a good memory may find it very effective to cram all the knowledge into mind before examinations. In this sense, it is very unfair for the students who work hard all the time. Since no one performs at his best all the time, examinees are no exceptions. Some unexpected accidents happened to them like a sudden headache will affect the outcome, thus fail the student.I would like to put forward my heart-felt proposal that one day some more scientific and humanized method will replace the old tradition. With efforts from educationists and other relatedprofessionals, hopefully, it will not remain a dream only.我们生活在一个充满竞争的世界里,其中一部分包括考试。

考试的看法高考英语作文Examinations have long been a significant part of the education system around the world. While some people view them as a necessary tool for measuring knowledge and skills, others argue that they can create undue stress and anxiety among students. In my opinion, examinations serve both positive and negative purposes, and it is essential to strike a balance. On one hand, examinations provide an objective measure of a student's understanding of the material. They encourage students to study and review what they have learned, reinforcing their knowledge. Additionally, exams help teachers identify areas where students may struggle, allowing for targeted support and improvement. On the other hand, the pressure to perform well on exams can lead to stress and anxiety. Many students feel overwhelmed by the expectations placed on them, which can affect their mental health and overall well-being. Moreover, exams often emphasize memorization over critical thinking, which may not accurately reflect a student's true abilities or potential. In conclusion, while examinations can be beneficial for assessing knowledge and skills, it is crucial to consider their impact on students' mental health. Educational institutions should explore alternative assessment methods, such as project-based evaluations and continuous assessments, to provide a more holistic view of a student's capabilities. By doing so, we can create a more supportive and effective learning environment.中文翻译:考试长期以来一直是世界各地教育系统的重要组成部分。

我对考试的看法英语作文

我对考试的看法英语作文

我对考试的看法英语作文Examinations have long been a cornerstone of the educational system, serving as a means to evaluate students' knowledgeand understanding of the subjects they study. However, the perspective on exams varies greatly among students, educators, and parents. In this essay, I will share my views on the role and impact of examinations in the learning process.Firstly, exams can be a useful tool for assessing academic progress. They provide a standardized method to measure how much a student has grasped from the material taught over a period. This can be particularly helpful for identifyingareas where a student may need additional support or resources.Secondly, the pressure of exams can motivate students tostudy and prepare diligently. The prospect of being tested on their knowledge can encourage students to review their notes, engage with the material, and seek clarification on topicsthey find challenging. However, there are also concerns that examinations may not always be the best measure of a student's true abilities. Some students may excel under exam conditions, while others may suffer from test anxiety or perform poorly on aparticular day, which can skew the results and not accurately reflect their understanding. Moreover, the focus on exams can sometimes lead to a narrow approach to education, where the curriculum is tailored to what will be on the test rather than a broader, more holistic learning experience. This can result in students memorizing facts for the sake of passing an exam rather than developing a deep understanding of the subject matter. In addition, the reliance on exams can discourage creativity and critical thinking. When the educational system places a heavy emphasis on achieving high scores, students may be less inclined to explore subjects out of genuine interest or to engage in projects that require problem-solving and innovation. To address these issues, it is important to consider a balanced approach to assessment. This could involve a combination of exams, project work, presentations, and other forms of evaluation that take into account a variety ofskills and knowledge areas. By doing so, we can create a more well-rounded educational experience that prepares students not just for tests, but for life.In conclusion, while exams have their place in the educational system, they should not be the sole method of assessment. A balanced approach that values different types of learning and evaluation can better serve the needs of students and prepare them for the diverse challenges theywill face in their future endeavors.。

对于考试的态度英文作文I think exams are a necessary part of education. They help to measure our understanding of the material and give us a chance to show what we've learned.Exams can be stressful, but I try to stay calm and focused when I'm taking them. I know that I've prepared as best as I can, so I just need to trust in my abilities and do my best. Some people think that exams are unfair because they don't accurately reflect a person's true abilities. I can see where they're coming from, but I also think that exams are just one way to assess knowledge and skills. When I'm studying for an exam, I like to use different methods to review the material. I find that mixing things up keeps me engaged and helps me retain the information better.I believe that exams are a good way to motivate students to study and learn. They provide a goal to work towards and a sense of accomplishment when they're successfully completed. In the end, I try not to stress too much about exams. They're just one part of my education, and there are many other ways to show what I've learned and what I'm capable of.。

我对考试的看法英语作文Well, exams are definitely not my favorite thing in the world. I mean, who enjoys sitting in a stuffy room for hours on end, trying to remember everything you've learned throughout the semester? It's like a mental marathon, and I always feel exhausted afterwards. But on the other hand, I have to admit that exams do serve a purpose. They help us to assess our knowledge and skills, and they push us to study and prepare in a way that we might not otherwise do. So in a way, exams are like a necessary evil they're tough, but they make us better in the long run.One thing I really don't like about exams is the pressure they put on us. It's like there's this huge weight on your shoulders, and if you don't do well, it feels like the end of the world. I wish there was a way to take away some of that stress and anxiety, because it can really take a toll on your mental health. At the same time, I have to admit that there's acertain satisfaction that comes from doing well on an exam. It's like a validation of all the hard work and effortyou've put in, and it feels good to know that you've achieved something. So I guess exams can also be a source of motivation and pride.Overall, I have a love-hate relationship with exams. They're challenging and stressful, but they also have their benefits. I just try to remind myself that they're not the be-all and end-all, and that there's more to life than just grades and test scores.。

我对考试的看法英语作文Examinations are a significant part of the educational system, serving as a tool to evaluate a student's understanding and knowledge of a particular subject. They are often viewed as a stressful but necessary component of learning. Here's my perspective on exams.Firstly, exams provide a structured way to assess students' progress. They offer a clear benchmark against which astudent's academic performance can be measured. This allows both students and teachers to identify areas of strength and weakness. For students, it's an opportunity to reflect ontheir learning and adjust their study habits accordingly.Secondly, exams can motivate students to study. The pressureof an upcoming test can push students to review their notes, engage with the material, and seek help when needed. This can lead to a deeper understanding of the subject matter. However, exams also have their drawbacks. They can sometimes lead to a narrow focus on rote memorization rather than fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Moreover, exam stress can be detrimental to a student'smental health and overall well-being.Additionally, the pressure to perform well on exams can overshadow the joy of learning. Students may feel that their worth is determined solely by their test scores, which can bedisheartening. In conclusion, while exams are a useful tool for evaluation, they should not be the sole measure of a student's abilities.A balanced approach that includes continuous assessment, project-based learning, and other forms of evaluation can provide a more holistic view of a student's learning journey. It's important to remember that education is not just about passing exams, but about nurturing a love for learning and preparing students for the challenges of the future.。

对考试的看法英语作文Examinations: A Necessary Evil?Examinations have long been a staple of the educational system, and they are a topic of much debate. Some argue that they are a fair and effective way to measure a student's knowledge and understanding, while others claim that they are a source of stress and do not accurately reflect a student's true abilities. In this essay, I will explore both sides ofthe argument and offer my perspective on the role of examinations in education. On one hand, proponents of examinations believe they serve as an objective measure of a student's academic performance. They argue that exams provide a standardized way to compare students and ensure that educational standards are maintained. Furthermore, exams can motivate students to study and prepare for them, which can lead to a deeper understanding of the subject matter. However, critics of the examination system argue that they encourage rote memorization rather than a genuine understanding of the material. They believe that exams can be a source of undue stress for students, which can negatively impact their mental health and overall well-being. Additionally, critics point out that exams do not take into account different learning styles and may not be the best way to evaluate a student's creative or practical skills. In my opinion, while examinations have their place in the educational process, they should not be the sole method of assessment. A balanced approach that includes a variety of assessment methods, such as projects, presentations, and class participation, would provide a more comprehensive evaluation of a student's abilities. This would not only reduce the pressure associated with exams but also encourage a more well-rounded educational experience. In conclusion, examinations are a contentious issue in education. While they can be a useful tool for measuring academic achievement, they should be complemented with other forms of assessment to ensure a fair and holistic evaluation of a student's capabilities. It is important for educational institutions to consider the impact of exams on students and to strive for a balanced approach that supports the diverse needs of learners.。

我对考试的看法英语作文Examinations are an integral part of the educational system, serving as a tool to evaluate students' knowledge and skills. They are a critical component in the learning process, but they also have their pros and cons.On the positive side, exams provide a standardized way to measure academic progress. They help teachers understand where students stand in terms of their understanding of the material and can identify areas that need improvement. Exams also encourage students to study and prepare, which can lead to better retention of knowledge. However, there are several downsides to the examination system. For one, they can create a lot of stress and anxiety among students. The pressure to perform well can lead to a negative learning experience and may not always reflect a student's true abilities. Additionally, exams can sometimes focus too much on rote memorization rather than critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Moreover, the reliance on exams can lead to a narrow view of education, where the goal becomes passing tests rather than gaining a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. This can result in a lack of creativity and innovation in learning. In my opinion, while exams are necessary, they should not bethe sole measure of a student's success. Title: My Perspective on the College Entrance ExaminationThe college entrance examination, commonly known as the Gaokao, is a pivotal moment in the lives of countless students in China. It serves as a gateway to higher education and a stepping stone to future careers. While it undoubtedly carries significant weight, my view of the Gaokao is multifaceted.Firstly, the Gaokao is a test of knowledge accumulation and academic ability. It assesses students' grasp of subjects taught throughout their secondary school years. The preparation process involves rigorous study and practice, fostering discipline and resilience. The exam itself challenges students to apply their knowledge to solve problems and think critically. However, I also believe that the Gaokao is not the sole determinant of a person's future success. While it may open doors to certain universities and professions, it does not fully encapsulate a student's potential or character. Other factors such as personal interests, skills, and life experiences contribute equally to an individual's growth and achievements.Furthermore, the intense focus on the Gaokao can sometimes overshadow other important aspects of a student's life. The pressure to perform well can lead to stress and anxiety, potentially affecting mental health. It is essential to maintain a balance between academic pursuits and personal well-being.In conclusion, while the college entrance examination remains a significant milestone, it should not be viewed as the sole measure of a student's worth or future prospects. It is merely one part of a broader educational journey that involves diverse experiences and opportunities for growth. It is important to approach the Gaokao with a balanced perspective, emphasizing the importance of knowledge accumulation while also valuing the development of a student's holistic potential.。

In most schools and colleges the examination is used as a chief means of deciding whether a student succeeds or fails in mastering a particular subject. Although it does the job quite efficiently, its side effects are also enormous. The most undesirable effect is that examinations encourage bad study habits. As the examination score is the only criterion for his academic performance,a student is driven to memorize mechanically rather than to think creatively. Examinations do not motivate a student to seek more knowledge, but to restrict his reading; they do not enable him to study consistently throughout the semester, but to induce cramming during exam week.Examinations also lower the standards of teaching. Since teachers themselves are often judged by examination results, they are often judged by examination results, they are reduced to training their students in exam techniques. And no subjects can be taught successfully merely through being approached with intent to take examinations.Actually, few of us admit that examinations can contribute anything really important to the students' academic development. If that's the case, why can't we make a change and devise something more efficient and reliable than examinations?。
