英语教案:Unit 7 Happy birthday第三课时课题:Unit7HappyBirthday重点:制作贺卡过程中语句的理解难点:candle 和candles的相同和不同点,以及歌曲的最后一句的演唱。

教具准备:1教师准备教学录音带。

2教师和学生各准备硬纸卡及剪刀。

3教师准备十支蜡烛的头饰和生日蛋糕图片。

教学过程:1热身、复习(Warm-up/Revision)(1)师生互相问候。

(2)让学生跟着录音带或VCD唱“HappyBirthday”的歌曲。

(3)游戏“幸运之星”选举大赛教师将数字1--10打乱写在黑板上,请一个学生上讲台来在教师准备好的小纸条上写一个幸运数字,让学生来猜是什么,猜对的同学是幸运之星,可得到奖励。

2呈现新课(Presentation)(1)教师出示生日蛋糕图片。

用蜡烛实物或图片教candle一词。

并用手拿一支蜡烛,说:onecandle,用手拿两支蜡烛,说:twocandles,教师注意提醒学生两支以上的candle是candles,并发好“s”这个音。

3趣味操练(Practice)(1)用手指来表示candle。

如唱onelittle时伸一个手指,边唱边表演。

(2)找十个学生分别带上蜡烛的头饰,扮演十支小蜡烛。

他们从一支小蜡烛变成十支小蜡烛,边唱边跳,下面的同学跟着他们一起唱。

(3)教师将完整的生日卡制作过程一边用英语讲解一边呈现学生。

(4)让学生拿出他们事先准备的材料,指导学生按步骤进行生日卡的制作。

教师一定要配合手势,帮助学生理解和记忆。

鼓励学生充分发挥自己的想象,自由创造。

(5)学生展示自己制作的生日卡,对于做得好的学生可给予表扬或奖励。

如果条件允许,给他们的作品拍照,有机会可以展览。
