无线通讯在自动仓库中的应用
无线通讯在自动仓库中的应用目前,在自动化立体仓库中,自动化设备以独立单元的方式进行工作。
自动化单元之间多数采用红外通讯器,以Profibus 总线方式进行数据传输。
计算机通过西门子CP5613 通讯卡读写PLC的数据,在速度上传输率低(187.5K)、通讯节点多,出现问题后维修复杂。
而采用无线通讯时,以太网的速度高(56M),由于通讯单元减少,出现问题能够快速判断问题所在,同时还具有费用低、安装方便、维修简单等优势。
设计规划某自动化立体库项目有5个巷道,2500个货位,项目设计1台堆垛机和1台直线转轨车用于5个巷道货位的货物存取,堆垛机通过转轨车切换到其他巷道。
堆垛机与转轨车、计算机的通讯采用无线基站互联。
堆垛机主机采用S7-200 PLC,通讯模块选取CP243-1,无线通讯基站采用MOXA AWK-1100。
基站固定在堆垛机上,随堆垛机移动。
转轨车主机采用S7-300PLC,通讯模块选取CP343-1,无线通讯基站采用MOXA AWK-1100。
基站固定在转轨车上,随转轨车移动。
RF系统采用Symbol的MC3000手持终端,RF通过Symbol AP5131访问SQL服务器。
OPC Server计算机通过基站AP5131、AWK-1100访问堆垛机和转轨车的PLC数据。
AP5131固定在库房区域中心的货架顶部,堆垛机、转轨车、手持终端的运行轨迹相对在AP5131的半径100米内,确保良好的通讯效果。
设备配置1.无线通讯基站配置堆垛机、转轨车以AWK-1100作为通讯基站,通过AP5131互相通讯,且OPC Server计算机通过AP5131、AWK-1100访问堆垛机和转轨车的PLC数据,RF也通过AP5131访问SQL服务器。
配置原则是AP5131作为无线网桥,AWK-1100做客户端。
配置完成后,用操作系统的Ping命令能够测通网络,证明配置成功完成。
OPC Server计算机要访问S7-200、S7-300的数据,必须对S7-200、S7-300进行组态配置,才能实现数据传输。

Users must purchase the cellular and Wi-Fi modules separately. The figures to the right show the specific installation locations (on the cards) where the modules should be placed. A cellular module can be installed on either Socket 1 or Socket 2, while a Wi-Fimodule can only be installed on Socket 1. For the convenience of installing the antenna, always install the Socket 2 module first.Installing a Cellular ModuleMoxa’s cellular module accessory package includes a cellularmodule, a cellular antenna cable, four black screws, a thermal pad, a locking washer, a nut, and an O-ring. In addition, a printed quick installation guide is also included.Follow the steps on the next page to install the cellular module.1. Remove the membranes on both sides of the thermal pad, andthen place the thermal pad firmly and evenly on the socket. You may then mount the cellular module into the socket by placing it firmly onto the thermal pad2. Fasten the module with 2 black screws. Connect the antennacable on the module. Make sure that the cable has been securely fastened. See the following figures for the specific locations of the screws and the antenna cable connector.3. Insert the connector of the antenna cable into the O-ring.Remove the black cover from the antenna hole in the front side of the EPM-3338 module, and then insert the connector. The second SIM card holder is located on the back of the EPM-3338 moduleInstalling a Wi-Fi ModuleMoxa’s Wi-Fi module accessory package includes a Wi-Fi module, a bracket, two Wi-Fi antenna cables, four black screws, two silver screws, a locking washer, a nut, and an O-ring. A printed quick installation guide is also included.To install a Wi-Fi module:1. Use the two silver screws to fasten the stabilization bracket tothe Wi-Fi module. Make sure you connect the bracket in the correct direction: the two tongues which are attached to the Wi-Fi module should, after installation, be positioned under the card (refer to the figure below for clarification). Insert the Wi-Fi module into Socket 1, and then fasten with the bracket into place using the two black screws. Please note that Wi-Fi module can only be inserted in Socket 1. See the following figures for details.2. Connect the two antenna cables on the module. Make sure thatthese cables are securely fastened on the module.3. Insert the connector of the antenna cable into the O-ring.Remove the black cover from the antenna hole in the front side of the EPM-3338 module, and then insert the connector. Placethe locking washer on the connector, and then fasten the nut to secure the connector.4.For best performance, the first connector should protrude fromthe X1 hole, and the second from the X4 hole.5. The OnCell 5004/5104 are high-performance industrial grade cellular routers that allow up to 4 Ethernet-based devices to simultaneously use a single cellular data account for primary or backup network connectivity to remote sites and devices. To avoid interference, wires with different signal characteristics should be routed separately.•You can use the type of signal transmitted through a wire todetermine which wires should be kept separate. Run the ground connection from the ground screw to the grounding surface prior to connecting devices.Installing Cable Extended Antennas for Outdoor ApplicationsIf the antenna or the AWK device is installed outdoors or in an open-air setting, proper lightning protection is required to prevent direct lightning strikes on the AWK device. In order to prevent coupling currents from nearby lightning strikes, a lightning arrester should be installed as part of your antenna system. Moxa AWK-3121无线客户端设置步骤客户端的设置登陆和基础设置的方法参看AP的设置步骤即可。
不同的是无线参数设置的几个选项客户端与AP不一样,下面做一下介绍。
与AP设置一样,每一项设置完成以后都要点击“Submit”,保存设置。
全部设置完成以后点击“Click Restart to activate new settings”,然后点击页面中的“Save and Restart”按钮,重启并保存设置参数。
1、操作模式设置
与AP设置不同,客户端设置中,点击“Operation Mode”,在打开的右侧页面中“Operation Mode”选项里就选择“Client”。
2、无线网络基础无线设置

如图1所示,点击“WLAN”选项,点击“Basic Wireless Settings”,右侧页面中点击“Site Survey”按钮,弹出如图2所示的页面,如果是要连接调度室的AP,就点中DDS-1,要是一二期大车的客户端,就点中bm1,然后在弹出的提示对话框上点击“确定”即可。

3、无线网络安全设置

如图2所示,点击“WLAN Security Settings”(无线安全设置),参数就按照如图所示设置。
“Passphrase”选项里输入密码:0315*******。
Advanced Wireless Settings与Ap设置一样,不再作叙述。
