听课评价:
优点:1、老师很认真备课,努力开发教学资源,教学设计符合这个层次学生的认知水平;2、音标教学从细节入手,并标出元音以分出音节;
3、能注意培养学生良好的读书、笔记习惯;
4、游戏《单词连连看》部分能极大地激发学生的学习兴趣,气氛
活跃;
5、教学环节以夯实基础为主,先从音标认识单词,再检查词义,符合学情;建议:
1、时间的分配还可以做得更好,单词教学的时间可短一些,把时间多分配给讨论讲话环节;
2、词汇教学的形式
可多样化一点;
3、最好能对学生的阅读技巧进行点拨;
4、词汇教学的量稍大。
反思:
本节课是本单元的第一个课时,既要教单词又要掌握课文,并能就课文的这个话题讲一段话,任务很重,这个班的学生不爱学习但爱玩电脑游戏,基于这个原因我在设计这节课时尽量减低学习的难度,结合他们的兴趣来设计教学,如游戏《单词连连看》,无论是学生还是听课的老师都很感兴趣,学生很踊跃参加,气氛活跃,可以说是达到了既能学到知识又能活跃课堂气氛激发学习兴趣的目的,但只可惜时间很有限,只能允许几个学生出来玩游戏,其他的学生只能看。
从最后的第二个教学活动的效果来看(最差的学生都能将两三句话),前面的铺垫还是做得不错的有效的,虽然采取了一些传统的教法,比如,老师逐句带读文章而不是采取流行的让学生跟着机器读,但我认为对于程度差的学生人工带读的效果比机器带读'好,因为老师在带读的过程中可以及时地纠正学生的语音语调,对于程度好的学生可以让他们自己读,找出他们读不好的单词句子进行反复训练,既节省时间效果又更好。
比较遗憾的是时间安排得不够好,前松后紧,后面的反馈点拨时间不够,并忽视了对学生阅读技巧的点拨。

Unit4 Reading (Trees in our daily lives) 评价和反思本单元以保护树木为话题,以树木对人类的贡献为主线。
学生阅读一段学生和科学家之间关于树木在我们日常生活中的作用的访谈,了解树木对人类的重要贡献,从而加强爱护树木的意识。
我分析了本班学生的学习现状,大部分学生英语基础较为薄弱,所以我注重运用多媒体、多资源手段提高学生学习兴趣。
为了吸引学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习主动性和积极性,我充分利用多媒体教学平台音频、视频、图片、课件、互联网等教学资源和手段。
本节课我首先播放一段关于保护树木的视频,提问学生该视频里的内容,并引导学生谈论和意识到保护树木的重要性。
这大大吸引了学生学习兴趣,使学生从听觉和视觉上进一步加强感悟,明白关爱自然、树木的重要性。
接着,学生进行略读、找读,回答课后问题。
通过教师略读、找读技巧指导,有效提高了学生回答的正确率。
第三,通过填写表格并运用表格的重点词汇和关键词来找出树木的在我们日常生活中的作用。
第四,让学生迅速找出文章中重点短语,通过完成句子加以巩固,并运用这些短语来讨论如何保护树木。
最后,布置作业:利用图书馆或互联网等资源,寻找有关人类毁林的行为和我们如何保护树木的资料,准备下一节口头汇报。
学以致用,学生有了主动学习、研究、发现问题和解决问题的学习动力。
本节课中,大部分学生学习积极性高,能主动参与课堂活动,但是仍然有一些学生基础实在太差,无法跟上课堂学习,还需要教师和同学课后辅导。
