技术建议书
一、工程简介
工程位于分布于罗安达省内不同的土地上。建设面积为50000套,共分为T3 30% ,T4 50%,T5 20% 三种户型,总投资63亿美元。工期计划为5年,每年完成10000套房屋。
Construction survey Methods
1.Survey Precision
In accordance with the construction survey regulation issued by Beijing Construction Committee, the Survey precision requirement for construction is 1/15000.

Standard Coordinate Checking
Before positioning, in accordance with the construction survey regulation, the standard coordinates and the elevation controlling points must be checked.
3 Establishing Elevation Control Grid
Based on the elevation controlling points provided by the local authority, two temporary benchmarks will be set up for construction.

Survey Control For Sub-structrue
According to control grid to be established on site, grid lines will be transferred down with theodolite. Elevation level shall be transferred with leveling instrument. 5
Survey Control For Super-structure
1 )Vertical Transfer Of Grid Line
Grid line will be set out accurately on ground floor slab when structure comes to 0.00 level. Then, based on ground floor, grid lines will be transferred to the upper floors vertically.
2 )Vertical Transfer Of Level
1.00m level line will be set out on the external wall of ground floor accurately. Several places where it is convenient for tape measuring will be selected and marked with red point. Elevation level will then be transferred to upper floor by tape measuring based on the painted marks.
6 Survey Control For Finishing
1) Based on the axes of each floor, the controlling line can be set out
during finishing.
.2 )Based on +1.00m level line of ground floor, +1.00m level line of each
floor will be re-set out.
7 Acceptance Check For Survey Works
After positioning of the project and after structure comes to +0.00 level, we will invite Beijing Survey Institute to carry out acceptance check. Acceptance check of each floor will be carried out by the quality engineers and the supervise company.

Survey Instruments and Personnel Requirement
An engineer and two surveyers will be arranged on site. The survey instruments are as follows:

Concrete Works
The concrete of this construction is mixed at-site, and its strength accords the requirement of the drawings. The cement accords the requirement of the drawings, and the amount mud in medium sand is less than 3%, the diameter of the gravel is 5~25mm and its amount of mud is
