简介
三聚氰胺(melamine)又称三聚氰酰胺、蜜胺、2,4,6-三氨基1,3,5-三嗪。其结构式如下:

合成原理
(1)羟甲基化反应 三聚氰胺分子上有三个氨基,共有6个活性氢原子,在酸 或碱作用下,发生加成反应,生成相应每个三聚氰胺分子可和 1~6个甲醛分子的羟甲基三聚氰胺,反应速度与原料配比、反 应介质pH、反应温度以及反应时间有关。

① 反应阶段 有一步法和二步法两种。 一步法在合成树脂的反应过程中,将各种原料投入后, 在微酸性介质中同时进行羟甲基化反应、醚化反应和 缩聚反应。 二步法在反应过程中,物料先在微碱性介质中主要进 行羟甲基化反应,反应到一定程度后,再转入微酸性 介质中进行缩聚和醚化反应。 一步法工艺简单,但须严格控制反应介质的pH,二步 法反应较平稳,生产过程易于控制。

3.3 三聚氰胺树脂合成反应的影响因素 • (三)反应温度 • 反应温度影响三聚氰胺在甲醛中的溶解性,因而

影响二者之间的反应速度。例如当反应液的温度 在40~50℃以下时,三聚氰胺是很难溶解于甲醛 的,因而使相互间的反应进行得非常缓慢。然而 当温度超过60℃时,三聚氰胺被甲醛溶解,则 反应速度迅速加快。另外反应液中三聚氰胺与甲 醛结合的数目,也与反应温度有密切的关系。反 应温度愈高,则三聚氰胺分子中结合甲醛的分子 数目也愈多。在三聚氰胺树脂生产中,反应温度 以保持在75~85℃为宜。 三聚氰胺树脂一般在高温下不用固化剂即可以很 好固化,如在100℃固化时则要加入强酸性盐作 固化剂才能很好地固化。若pH值降至足够低时, 三聚氰胺树脂也能在较低的温度下固化。但固化 很不完全,固化后的产品胶接强度太低,没有使 用价值。

三聚氰胺树脂胶膜的脆性,是由于固化后的树脂 具有高度的三向交联结构所引起。 在固化的树脂中存在有未参加反应的羟甲基,致 使树脂具有某种程度的吸湿性。在湿度经常变化 的大气环境中,树脂因吸湿、解吸而产生应力, 最终也会导致脆性树脂发生裂纹。 其改性办法一般是减少树脂的交联度,以增加其 柔韧性,使脆性下降。如用醇类(乙醇,对树脂 进行醚化;加入蔗糖、对甲苯磺酰胺、硫脲、氨 基甲酸乙酯、己内酰胺以及热塑性树脂(如聚醚、 聚酰胺等,进行改性。
3.3 三聚氰胺树脂合成反应的影响因素
• (一)三聚氰胺与甲醛的摩尔比 • 由实验得知,当三聚氰胺与甲醛的摩尔比为1:
8~12,pH值为7~7.5,反应温度为60~80℃时, 反应后可以形成六羟甲基三聚氰胺。当摩尔比改 为1:8时,则形成五羟甲基三聚氰胺。三羟甲基 三聚氰胺形成后,再要与甲醛继续反应,其反应 速度则比较慢,在生成四~六羟甲基三聚氰胺时 尚需吸收热量。所以只有用过量的甲醛参加反应, 并且在高温条件下,才可以逐渐形成六羟甲基三 聚氰胺。在树脂合成时,其三聚氰胺与甲醛的摩 尔比为1:2.5~3.5;反应pH值控制在8.0~9.0, 温度约在沸点或接近沸点。

1. 理化性质三聚氰胺[1](CAS No.108-78-1),英文名melamine,别名2,4,6-三氨基均三嗪(2,4,6-triamino symtriazine);分子式C3H6N6,分子量126.12,为白色、单斜晶体;密度为1574 kg/m3,熔点350℃,蒸汽压4.7 x 10-8 Pa (20℃);它在水中的溶解度为3.1 g/L (20℃),微溶于乙二醇、甘油、乙醇,不溶于乙醚、苯;280℃以上发生分解,不易燃易爆;无生物蓄积性,易降解。

2. 代谢三聚氰胺在大鼠体内不参与任何形式的代谢或者说呈惰性状态。

14C标记的三聚氰胺进入Fischer 344大鼠体内后主要分布于血液、肝脏、肾和膀胱等器官,只有肾和膀胱中14C浓度高于血浆,膀胱中最高;血浆中三聚氰胺的半衰期为2.7h,尿液排出三聚氰胺的半衰期为3h,24h内几乎全部从尿液排出,组织内也无残留;呼吸和粪便未检测到14C[2]。

三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的化学性质
原料为三聚氰胺(2,4,6-三氨基-1,3,5-三嗪) 和37%的甲醛水溶液,甲醛与三聚氰胺的摩尔比为 2~3,第一步生成不同数目的N-羟甲基取代物,然 后进一步缩合成线性树脂。反应条件不同,产物分 子量不同,可从水溶性到难溶于水,甚至不溶不熔 的固体,pH值对反应速率影响极大。上述反应制得 的树脂溶液不宜贮存,工业上常用喷雾干燥法制成 粉状固体。蜜胺树脂在室温下不固化,一般在 130~150℃热固化,加少量酸催化可提高固化速度。

在织物整理剂中的应用:
MF可作为棉、毛、丝、麻等织物整理剂、凸凹花 布固定剂和涂料印花交联剂等,经通用MF处理后的织 物具有防缩、防皱、耐洗特点,但手感粗糙、漂白织物 易吸氯泛黄且甲醛含量高。
为克服通用MF的不足,采用甲醇等醇类化合物对 其进行醚化改性。改性后MF用于丝绸的防缩防皱整理, 丝绸的泛黄、氯损得以改善,手感和耐洗性也得到提高。

又称蜜胺、2 ,4 ,6- 三氨基-1,3,5-三嗪。

白色单斜棱晶
熔点345℃(分解),密度1.573克/厘米3 (16℃)。

微溶于水和热乙醇。

工业上三聚氰胺由双氰(酰)胺与氨在高温下反应或由尿素直接在高温高压下制得,后者成本低,较多采用,三聚氰胺与甲醛缩合可制得三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,此外三聚氰胺也用作合成药物的中间体。

三聚氰胺是一种重要的有机化工中间产品,主要用来制作三聚氰胺树脂,具有优良的耐水性、耐热性、耐电弧性、优良阻燃性。

用途:可用于装饰板的制作,用于氨基塑料、粘合剂、涂料、币纸增强剂、纺织助剂等。

化学性质
三聚氰胺呈弱碱性(pKa=8),可与多种酸反应生成三聚氰胺盐。

遇强酸或强碱水溶液水解,胺基逐步被羟基取代,先生成三聚氰酸二酰胺,进一步水解生成三聚氰酸一酰胺,最后生成三聚氰酸
毒性
目前三聚氰胺被认为毒性轻微,大鼠口服的半数致死量大于3克/公斤体重。

据1945年的一个实验报道:将大剂量的三聚氰胺饲喂给大鼠、兔和狗后没有观察到明显的中毒现象。

动物长期摄入三聚氰胺会造成生殖、泌尿系统的损害,膀胱、肾部结石,并可进一步诱发膀胱癌。

然而,2007年美国宠物食品污染事件的初步调查结果认为:掺杂了≤6.6%三聚氰胺的小麦蛋白粉是宠物食品导致中毒的原因,为上述毒性轻微的结论画上了问号。

但为安全计,一般采用三聚氰胺制造的食具都会标明“不可放进微波炉使用”。
