放炮公告

鉴于南德瑞瓦图水电站施工需要，将于施工区进行地面爆破施工作业。为了在放炮期间确保人员、车辆、牲畜等的安全，特此公告：1．爆破地点：厂房、压力管道、隧洞出口和调压井、输电线路和开关站

2．爆破时间：早晨：07:00~08:30

中午：12:00~13:30

下午：17:00~18:00

3．警戒范围：以放炮点为距，300m以内作为警戒范围。

4．爆破信号：

第一次：三长声——清理场内设备、人员、牲畜；

第二次：一长、一短、三次——爆破人员撤离；

第三次：连续三次短警报声——点火；

第四次：一长声——消除警报，放行。

5．爆破作业期间，区内所有人员及过往车辆必须及时撤离警戒范围以外，严格遵从现场爆破作业人员的指挥，违者后果自负。

Blasting Notice

In view of the need for construction in Nadarivatu Renewable Energy Project, Sinohydro will perform the blasting construction within the construction area. In order to guarantee the safety of the personnel, vehicles, livestock and so on, Sinohydro hereby makes the following public announcement:

1. Blasting places: Powerhouse, Penstock, Tunnel Portal, Surge Shaft, Transmission Line and Switch Yard

2. Blasting Time: Morning：07:00~08:30

Noon：12:00~13:30

Afternoon：17:00~18:00

3. Alarming area:

The alarming area shall be the area within a 300-meter radius from the blasting center.

4. The blasting signal:

The blasting signal shall be sent out by the siren by the following rule:

First time: three long alarms – keep equipments, personnel, livestock etc. clear out of the site:

Second time: a long alarm following a short alarm, three times –blasting personnel evacuated and the access blocked;

Third time: three short alarms - ignition;

Fourth time: a long alarm - eliminating the alarming, discharging the personnel, equipments, and livestock and so on.

5. During the blasting operation, all of the personnel and vehicles must be evacuated from the blasting alarming area. The instructions of the in-situ blasting administrator shall be strictly followed, or the consequence shall be borne by the violator himself or herself.
