就业协议

This agreement is made on [XXX] by and between Company X (hereinafter called as “Company”) and [XXX] (herein after called as “employee”) with his NRIC No. as [XXX]. We are pleased to offer you employment with the company.

During the period of this employment agreement, the employee is required to undertake such duties in the proper performance. For work permit holder, you shall not engage in any form of employment, for instance part-time, paid or unpaid job. Any breach of this condition, the company has the right to terminate employee’s work permit immediately. You will be required to work from such offices of the Company in Singapore as your immediate superior or the management of the Company may prescribe from time to time. The normal working days and hours of the Company are as outlined in the Company Policy, but you are expected from time to time to work for such additional hours and/or days as may be required or requested by management from time to time.

all your time, attention and skill to your work, to faithfully and diligently perform your duties in the interests of the Company and obey all lawful directions given to you by your immediate supervisor or the management of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you shall keep us promptly and fully informed (in writing if so requested) of your work and provide such information and explanations as we may require from time to time.
