Some believe we should go to a certain特定的country. Some think we should join in a training class. Some think we should practice quite often. In my opinion, we can learn a foreign language

from three main ways.

First of all, we should try to do many listening practice. If you want to learn a foreign language,

it is important for you to understand what people say. So, we should find many listening materials to

practice our listening skills.

Secondly, we should say as much as possible. It is a common phenomenon that most students are poor in oral[ˈɔrəl噢肉] spe aking. The reason is that most students don’t dare to speak and have little chance to practice oral speaking. However, if we learn a language, we must encourage ourselves to

say as much as possible. Besides, we can work with our friends and classmates to practice oral

speaking together.

Thirdly, to master a language, we should practice writing. When we learn a language, it is essential [ɪˈsɛnʃəl]必要for us to write compositions. By writing, we can improve our learning skills.

首先，要做很多听力练习。如果想学一门语言，听懂人们所说的是重要的。所以，我们应该找许多听力材料来练习听力技巧。其次，我们应尽可能多的说。有个普遍的现象，大多数学生都很少说。原因是，大多数学生不敢说，或少有机会练习口语。然而，如果想学会一种语言，我们必须鼓励自己，尽可能地多说。此外，我们可以与朋友和同学一起练习口语。第三，要掌握语言，我们应练习写。当我们学习语言，写作文是必不可少的。通过写可以提高我们的学习能力。

During the process, I always make embarrassing mistakes, but I was continually learning new

ways to say things, When I lose interest in learning English, I will listen to English music and watch some English TV programs, they are more attractive than textbooks.I had finally reaped收获the benefits of my hard-working.

Not only did learning English teach me the value of hard-working, but it also gave me insights

into another culture, and my mind was opened to new ways of seeing things. The most wonderful

result of learning English was that I could communicate with more people than before.

The hours spent at school are always constructive .The curriculum[kə'rɪkjələm课程] is planned for children to exercise both body and mind .To most parents, longer hours in school would mean that the children are being kept busy, studying or playing under the teacher supervision[ˌsju:pə'vɪʒn监督].Once without supervision at home, many children tend to spend their time in less worthwhile things. For this reason ,some people argue that school hours should be made longer.

On the other hand, the children must learn to get away from the school and friends .To think and

learn by themselves is an important way to become independent .Besides, if we extend school hours,

children might become dull or listless or even develop a strong dislike for school.
