Pandas are so cute and fluffy, and I just love them.Pandas live in China and they eat bamboo. They are black and white, which makes them look like they are wearing a fancy tuxedo. I saw a panda in the zoo once, and it was rolling around and playing with its bamboo. It was so funny!Pandas are endan gered animals, which means there aren’t very many left in the world. That’s why we need to protect them and make sure they have a safe place to live. I want to help save pandas when I grow up, so they can keep being cute and funny.I learned all about pandas in school when we studied the second unit in our English book. We read stories about pandasand learned new words like “chew”, “climb”, and “giant”. It was so much fun!I also did a project about pandas for homework. I drew a picture of a panda eating bamboo and wrote a poem about it. My teacher said I did a great job and gave me a sticker. I was so happy!I hope you learned something new about pandas from my article. They are amazing animals and we need to take care of them. Maybe one day, you can visit China and see a panda too. That would be so cool! Thanks for reading my article. Bye-bye!篇2Title: My Experience in the Second Unit of Third Grade English BookHey everyone! Today, I want to share with you all about my experience in the second unit of the third grade English book. It was super fun and I learned a lot of new things! In this unit, we learned about animals, their habitats, and how to describe them. We learned about different animals like lions, tigers, elephants, and giraffes. We also learned about theirhomes like forests, jungles, and deserts. It was so cool to learn about all the amazing creatures that live in different parts of the world. One of the most exciting things we did in this unit was a project where we had to research an animal of our choice and present it to the class. I chose to do my project on dolphins because they are my favorite animals. I learned so many interesting facts about dolphins, like how they are very smart and can communicate with each other using clicks and whistles. I even made a poster with pictures and wrote a short paragraph about dolphins.Another fun activity we did in this unit was a game where we had to match the animal to its habitat. It was a little tricky at first, but I got the hang of it after a few tries. I also enjoyed drawing pictures of different animals and their homes in my notebook.Overall, I had a blast learning about animals in the second unit of the third grade English book. I can't wait to see what we will learn next! Thanks for reading my article, see you next time! Bye!篇3Title: My Adventures in the English BookHello everyone! I want to share with you all the fun things I learned in the second unit of our English book. It was super exciting and I can't wait to tell you all about it!First, we learned about different types of animals. We talked about mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish. Did you know that humans are mammals too? That was so cool to learn! We also learned some new animal names like giraffe, kangaroo, and octopus. It was really fun to practice saying those words out loud.Next, we talked about different habitats where animals live. There are forests, oceans, deserts, and even snowy mountains! I never knew there were so many different places for animals to live. We also learned how important it is to protect these habitats so that animals can thrive and stay healthy. After that, we learned about the five senses. We have eyes to see, ears to hear, nose to smell, tongue to taste, and skin to touch. We did some fun activities like blindfolded taste tests and listening to different sounds. It was really interesting to learn how our senses help us understand the world around us.Finally, we learned about the weather. We talked about sunny days, rainy days, snowy days, and windy days. We even learned how to say the weather in English like "It's sunny today"or "It's raining outside." It was so much fun to act out the different weather conditions with my classmates.Overall, I had a blast learning about animals, habitats, senses, and weather in the second unit of our English book. I can't wait to see what we will learn next! English class is so much fun and I love getting to practice speaking and listening in English. I'm so excited to share with you all about my favorite things in Unit 2 of our English book for the third grade. This unit is all about animals and their habitats, and I just love learning about all the different animals in the world. Let me tell you about some of the things I enjoyed the most in this unit.First of all, I loved learning about the different habitats where animals live. We talked about forests, deserts, oceans, and more. Did you know that each habitat has its own unique animals and plants? It's so cool to see how animals adapt to their environment to survive. One of my favorite activities in this unit was learning about endangered animals. It's sad to think that some animals are in danger of disappearing forever, but it's important for us to learn about them so we can help protect them. We learned about animals like the giant panda and the sea turtle, and it made me want to do whatever I can to help them.I also enjoyed learning about animal adaptations. We talked about how animals have special features and behaviors that help them survive in their habitats. For example, camels have long eyelashes to protect their eyes from sand in the desert, and polar bears have thick fur to keep them warm in the snowy Arctic. Finally, I loved the story we read about the little penguin who got lost. It was so touching to see how the other animals helped him find his way back home. It reminded me of how important it is to help others when they're in trouble, just like the animals did for the penguin.Overall, I had so much fun learning about animals in Unit 2 of our English book. I can't wait to keep exploring more about the amazing creatures that share our planet. Thanks for reading about my favorite things in this unit! That's all for now, see you next time! Bye!篇5Hello everyone! I want to tell you about the second unit in our English book for the third grade. This unit is super fun and we learn a lot of new things in it!In this unit, we learn about describing people and things. We learn how to use adjectives to talk about what things look like and how they feel. We also learn about using the verb "to be" to say what someone is like. For example, we can say "She is tall" or "He is funny".We also learn about comparing things using the words "more" and "less". We can say "She is more beautiful than me" or "He is less tall than his brother". It's really cool to learn how to compare things in English! We also learn about using the words "my", "your", "his", "her", and "their" to show who things belong to. For example, we can say "This is my book" or "That is their cat". It's important to know who things belong to!Overall, this unit is really interesting and we learn a lot of new words and grammar rules. It's fun to practice speaking English and describing things in different ways. I can't wait tolearn more in the next unit! Thank you for reading about our English book! Bye bye!篇6Hi everyone! Today I want to tell you all about the second unit in our Grade 3 English book. It's so cool and fun!In this unit, we learn all about animals and their habitats. We learn about different animals like lions, elephants, and giraffes. Did you know that lions live in the grasslands of Africa and they have a big mane around their necks? Wow, so interesting! We also learn about animals that live in the ocean. There are so many different kinds of fish and sea creatures. I love learning about dolphins and how they are so smart and friendly. They love to swim and play in the ocean all day!One of my favorite parts of this unit is learning about different habitats. We learn about the forest, desert, Arctic, and ocean habitats. Each habitat has different plants and animals that live there. It's so cool to learn about how different animals adapt to their habitats to survive. We also get to do fun activities like drawing pictures of our favorite animals and writing short stories about them. It's so funto use our imagination and creativity to create our own animal stories.I really love this unit because it teaches us so much about the amazing world of animals. 三年级英语 下册书上的 65页单词

三年级英语 下册书上的 65页单词

三年级英语下册书上的65页单词全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Awesome Animal FriendsHi there! My name is Lily and I'm going to tell you all about some really cool animals. These aren't just any animals though - they're the ones we learned about on page 65 of our English book. Get ready to hear some awesome animal facts!Let's start with the elephant. Elephants are humongous! Can you believe an elephant's trunk alone can weigh over 400 pounds? That's like having a baby elephant hanging off your nose! Their trunks are actually a fusion of their nose and upper lip. Elephants use their incredible trunks to breathe, smell, drink, grab food, and even give themselves a shower. How cool is that?Speaking of trunks, have you ever seen a beaver? These buck-toothed buddies are famous for their ability to chew through huge tree trunks using their massive front teeth. They use the wood to build dams and lodges in rivers and streams. A group of beavers is called a colony, and they're quite the hardworking construction crew! While we're on the topic of rodents, let's talk about squirrels. These acrobatic acorn-lovers spend their days scampering up and down trees, leaping from branch to branch. They have an amazing ability to find and bury thousands of nuts each season to store up for winter. Sometimes they even forget where they buried a few - oops!Have you ever gone camping and heard strange howling sounds at night? That was probably a coyote! These members of the dog family live all across North America. Coyotes are super smart and have adapted to live just about everywhere, even cities. At night, you can hear their haunting calls echoing as they communicate with each other. For one of the most peculiar animals, let's look at the platypus. This weird creature from Australia has a duck's bill, otter's feet, and a beaver's tail. It's also one of the only venomous mammals! The platypus uses its leathery bill to dig up shrimp and other bottom-dwellers in rivers and lakes. Definitely a wacky but wonderful little guy.Now I want to tell you about some cold-blooded critters - reptiles! The king cobra is one snake you don't want to mess with. This iconic serpent from India and Southeast Asia is the longest venomous snake in the world, growing over 18 feet long! Whenthreatened, the king cobra can raise its body upright and flatten out its hood behind its head to appear even bigger and scarier. No thank you! While cobras slither on the ground, geckos are masters of climbing up walls and even across ceilings! These tiny tropical lizards have amazing toe pads covered in millions of microscopic hairs that allow them to effortlessly defy gravity. Geckos make super cool, low-maintenance pets too.How about a crab that can grow up to 12 feet across and weigh over 40 pounds? I'm talking about the Japanese spider crab - the creature with the longest legs of any crustacean. These giants dwell in the depths of the Pacific Ocean and use their massive legs and pincers to capture prey. I'll pass on meeting one of those up close!Have you ever watched clownfish swimming among the waving tentacles of a sea anemone? These iconic orange fish, made famous by Finding Nemo, have a special mucus coating that allows them to snuggle up safely to the venomous anemone tentacles. The anemone protects the clownfish, while the clownfish defends the anemone from predators. What a cool clown-anemone alliance!I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the chameleon - the master of camouflage and color change! These quirky lizards from Africa and Madagascar can shift their colors at will by expanding or contracting specialized skin cells. Their eyes can pivot and focus independently, allowing them to watch for prey with one eye and scan for predators with the other. Chameleons are like compact, camo-colored little tanks!Well, those are some of the highlights from our awesome animal vocabulary words. From massive elephants to tiny geckos, the natural world is filled with such an incredible variety of critters. I feel so lucky we get to learn about them in school. Who knows, maybe I'll even be an animal expert when I grow up! For now, I'll just keep enjoying every furry, feathery, or scaly friend I come across.篇2The Magical Treehouse AdventureOne sunny Saturday morning, I woke up feeling extra excited. My best friend Sara was coming over to play! We had made big plans to build a super cool treehouse in the backyard.Sara arrived right after breakfast carrying a huge bag. "I brought my tools and some snacks for later," she said with a grin.We raced outside to the big oak tree and dropped her bag on the ground."This is the perfect tree for our treehouse!" I exclaimed, looking up at the strong branches reaching out in all directions. Sara nodded eagerly in agreement. We spent the next few hours busily hammering boards together, carefully following the plans I had drawn up. My little sister Amy tried to "help" a few times by handing us nails, but she was really just getting in the way."Stop bothering us, Amy!" I groaned after she dropped a whole box of nails on the grass. "Why don't you go play with your dolls or something?"Amy stomped away with a pout. Sara and I just laughed and kept on working. By lunchtime, we had the main platform and walls built."I'm starving!" Sara said, grabbing a sandwich from her bag. "This treehouse is going to be so awesome when it's done!"After refueling with snacks and juice boxes, we got back to work. I started measuring and cutting boards for the roof while Sara hammered together a cool lookout tower on one corner.A few hours later, our masterpiece was finally complete! We had built a two-story treehouse with a roof, windows, a trapdoor entrance, and even a telescope poking out of the tower. I turned to Sara with an enormous smile. "We did it!"Just then, Amy came trudging over with her dolls. "Can I please come up?" she asked in a small voice. "I promise I'll be good."I glanced at Sara, feeling a little guilty for being so mean earlier. We both nodded. "Okay, but be very careful!"Amy eagerly scrambled up the rope ladder, clutching her dolls tightly. Sara and I climbed up after her into our awesome new hangout. For the rest of the afternoon, the three of us spent hours playing make-believe games up in the treehouse. Amy wasn't so annoying after all!As the sun started setting, turning the sky brilliant shades of pink and orange, Amy suddenly gasped. "Look!" She pointed out the tower window towards the glowing horizon. That's when the wind picked up, rustling the oak tree's leaves. The branches started twisting and morphing right before our eyes! I rubbed my eyes in disbelief as the treehouse lifted off the ground, floating upwards into the sky."What's happening?" I yelled over the whistling wind as the treehouse spun slowly in mid-air."I don't know!" Sara shouted back. Amy just staredopen-mouthed, clutching her dolls.Higher and higher we went, spinning above the rooftops of our neighborhood. I felt my stomach lurch as we drifted over the park and school. Suddenly, everything around us went pitch black. We were surrounded by night!Just when I thought I might be sick from dizziness and panic, the spinning stopped. A bright light appeared in front of us - a glowing full moon! We seemed to be floating motionless in outer space."Where are we?" Amy whimpered, sounding terrified. Before I could respond, the treehouse started moving again with a lurch. We flew straight towards the moon, growing bigger and bigger until it filled our entire view. Then everything went black again.I'm not sure how long we drifted there. It could have been minutes or hours. The three of us clung to each other in scared silence.Suddenly, a tiny light appeared in the distance, rapidly growing larger. I squinted against the brightness as we seemed to be hurtling straight towards it. The light turned into a swirling tunnel of colors, stretching out in front of us."Hold on!" I shouted as we plunged into the kaleidoscope vortex. We spun around and around at a nauseating speed, surrounded by trippy patterns and shapes. Then, as suddenly as it started, it stopped. We were hovering above a meadow of wildflowers, gently swaying back and forth a few feet off the ground. I cautiously peered over the edge to see篇3The Super Silly Adventures of Sam and SamanthaSam and Samantha were best friends who loved to spend time together after school. One sunny afternoon, they decided to go on a adventure in the woods behind Samantha's house."Race you to the big oak tree!" shouted Sam as he took off running. Samantha quickly followed behind him, giggling the whole way. When they reached the tree, they were both out of breath. "I won that time," Sam said with a big smile on his face.Samantha playfully punched his arm. "Only because you got a head start, you cheater!"The two friends laughed and looked around at the beautiful forest surrounding them. The trees were so tall, stretching their branches high into the sky. Birds could be heard singing sweet melodies all around."Let's explore deeper into the woods," suggested Samantha. "Who knows what kind of fun we might find?"Sam agreed, and they set off down a narrow path, stepping over roots and rocks along the way. After walking for a while, they came across a fallen tree trunk lying across a small stream."I'll race you across!" Sam took a running start and leaped over the stream, landing squarely on the other side. "Beat that," he teased his friend.Samantha carefully made her way across the trunk, keeping her balance. She stuck her tongue out at Sam after making it to the other side. "We'll call that one a tie."They kept hiking until Samantha stopped suddenly. "Did you hear that strange noise?" She looked around with a puzzled expression.Sam listened closely, and then he heard it too - a faint whistling sound coming from somewhere up ahead. "It almost sounds like...snoring?" he said incredulously.Filled with curiosity, the two kids crept forward until they came upon a very bizarre sight. There, lying in the middle of the path, was a giant caterpillar! It had to be at least three feet long, with bright green skin and red stripes all along its puffy body. Its large mouth was opened wide, and the snoring whistles were erupting from it every few seconds.Sam and Samantha looked at each other with eyes as big as dinner plates. They had never seen a caterpillar this massive before. Suddenly, the snoring stopped, and the caterpillar's small black eyes popped open. It seemed just as surprised to see the children as they were to see it."Well hello there, young'uns," the caterpillar said in a thick Southern accent. "Beautiful day for a stroll in the woods, isn't it?"Sam and Samantha just gaped at the talking caterpillar, unable to find any words. The caterpillar looked them over curiously. "Cat got your tongues? No need to be scared now, I won't bite." It flashed them a friendly smile, revealing two rows of tiny sharp teeth. Finally, Sam found his voice. "Y-you can talk??" he stammered out."Well of course I can talk, silly!" the caterpillar laughed heartily. "Name's Charlie, by the way. Pleased to make your acquaintance.""But...but you're a caterpillar! Caterpillars can't talk!" Samantha had finally found her voice as well.Charlie let out another deep belly laugh. "Maybe that's true for regular ol' caterpillars. But as you can see, I'm no ordinary bug!"The giant talking caterpillar began inching down the path, motioning for the kids to follow. "C'mon now, let me show you around these here woods. There's all sorts of amazing things just waitin' to be discovered!"Though still stunned by this bizarre encounter, Sam and Samantha's curiosity got the better of them. They looked at each other, shrugged, and hurried after the caterpillar, excited to see what other wonders the forest had in store.Over the next few hours, Charlie led them all across the woods, introducing them to his quirky animal friends. There were massive bees the size of rabbits who created sweet poetryinstead of honey. A family of tiny humanoid mushrooms who loved to sing and dance. A wise old owl who could answer any question...as long as you asked it in rhyme. An entire village of walking, talking trees!Sam and Samantha were amazed by it all. They had no idea the forest housed such an incredible, hidden world. As the sun started to dip lower in the sky, Charlie篇4My New Vocabulary WordsWow, we just learned a bunch of new vocabulary words in English class! They were all on page 65 of our textbooks. I'm really excited to practice using them because learning new words is so much fun. It makes me feel like a grown-up when I can say bigger, fancier words. The first word we learned was "curious." The teacher said it means you really want to know or learn something. Like when I see a new bug crawling around outside, I get curious about what kind it is and where it lives. I'm definitely a curious kid! I'm always asking my parents a million questions about everything.Another word was "journey." That's a big trip or adventure you go on, especially if it takes a long time. My family went on a big journey last summer when we drove all the way across the country to visit my aunt and uncle in California. It took us three days of driving to get there! What an epic journey that was. Then there was "weary." That means you feel very tired, usually after doing a lot of hard work or walking around for a super long time. After that long journey to California, we were all pretty weary by the time we arrived. My little brother even fell asleep in the car for the last few hours! We learned "mischievous" too, which describes someone or something that causes trouble in a playful, silly way. My dog Rufus is definitely mischievous. He's always getting into hijinks like digging in the garden, chewing on our shoes, or stealing food off the counter when we're not looking. Such a little rascal! But we love him anyway. One interesting word was "cozy." That means warm, comfortable, and giving you a nice feeling of being at home. On cold winter nights, there's nothing cozier than sitting by the fireplace in my pajamas with a warm mug of hot chocolate and my favorite cozy blanket fresh from the dryer. Ahhh so snuggly!Another vocab word was "elegant." That means something is fancy, graceful, and beautiful in a simple way. My mom wore this elegant blue dress to my aunt's wedding last year. It wasn't too flashy or overdone, but she looked so pretty and sophisticated. That's the epitome of elegant style if you ask me!Oh and we can't forget "appetite." Your appetite is your feeling of being hungry and wanting to eat. I sure do work up a big appetite when I'm out playing football or riding bikes with my friends all day long. As soon as I get home, I'm absolutely ravenous! There were a couple more, like "invent" which means to create or come up with something that has never been made before. And "ache" which is a constant dull pain, like when you get a headache or stomach ache. Those were some tough ones, but I'll keep practicing.Learning all these fun new vocabulary words makes me feel like a real wordsmith. I can't wait to start using them in my writing assignments and daily conversations. Who knows, maybe I'll even invent a few new words of my own someday! A big satisfying vocabulary is imperative for any young scholar, don't you think? See, I just couldn't resist using one of my new words right there.I'm definitely going to be curious to see what other neat words we'll learn next. But for now, I'm feeling a bit weary after all this learning, so I think I'll go have a cozy little rest. Maybe I'll read an elegant novel or take my mischievous dog Rufus on a journey to the park later if my appetite for adventure kicks in. The possibilities are endless when you know lots of descriptive words!篇5My Awesome English Vocabulary WordsHey there! I'm so excited to tell you all about the awesome new English vocabulary words I learned this week from page 65 of my English textbook. These words are super cool and I can't wait to use them in my stories and conversations. The first word is "adventure." An adventure is an exciting experience or undertaking. Like when my friend Jose and I went exploring in the woods behind his house last weekend - that was a real adventure! We saw all kinds of trees, animals, and even found an old tree fort that someone had built. Adventures are always fun and full of surprises.Next up is "chore." A chore is a routine task or piece of work that you have to do, especially around the house. Like makingmy bed, feeding my dog Buddy, or taking out the trash. Chores aren't super fun but they have to get done. My mom always says "many hands make light work" when we're doing chores together as a family. The word "generous" means showing kindness by giving freely. My grandpa is a very generous person. He's always taking me and my sister out for ice cream or giving us money in our birthday cards. It feels nice when people are generous towards you. I try to be generous too by sharing my toys and snacks with my little brother."Humble" is an interesting word that means not proud or arrogant, but modest about your accomplishments or abilities. My soccer coach always tells our team to stay humble, even after we win a big game. He says acting humble keeps us hungry to improve and work hard. I think being humble is a good quality.Oh man, one of my favorites is "mischievous!" This word describes someone or something that likes to cause harmless trouble or get into funny mischief. My friend Mark is the most mischievous kid I know. He's always playing jokes and pranks on people. One time he mischievously put a whoopee cushion on the teacher's chair before class and it made the funniest fart sound when she sat down! We all cracked up laughing. The next word is "ordinary" which means normal or standard with no special or distinctive features. Like an ordinary school day or an ordinary peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch. Things that are ordinary aren't super exciting, but that's okay - a little ordinary every now and then isn't so bad after all the adventures!Another great word is "privilege." A privilege is an advantage or opportunity that only some people get to have. Like getting to stay up an extra hour past my bedtime on Friday nights is a real privilege that my parents let me have if I'm good all week. Having your own room instead of sharing with a sibling is also a privilege that not every kid gets. I try not to take my privileges for granted. The word "strategy" refers to a careful plan or method for achieving a goal. In my favorite video games, you have to use smart strategies to get past the hard levels and defeat the boss enemies. My dad's really into chess and is always talking about different opening strategies and how to "think several moves ahead" with your strategy. I'll need good study strategies for my big math test coming up too.Last but not least, "volunteer" is both a noun and a verb. As a noun, it means someone who does work without getting paid tohelp others. As a verb, it means offering to do that work willingly. Every year, my mom volunteers at our school's book fair because she loves reading and wants to support the library. My friend's older brother volunteers at the animal shelter on weekends to play with the dogs and cats until they find forever homes. One day I want to volunteer at the rec center to help teach other kids how to play basketball.Whew, that's a lot of awesome new vocabulary words! I really like learning new words because it expands my English skills and gives me more ways to express myself. Knowing the meanings of these words about adventures, chores, personality traits, privileges and strategies will definitely help me moving forward. I can't wait to show off my new vocabulary to my family and friends. Maybe I'll even write a mischievous short story using all the words! Thanks for reading, and happy word learning!篇6My Awesome AdventureHi everyone! My name is Amy and I'm going to tell you about the awesome adventure I had last summer. It all started when my family decided to go camping in the forest. We packedup our tent, sleeping bags, food, and other supplies into our car.I was so excited! When we arrived at the campsite, it was absolutely beautiful. Tall trees surrounded us and a sparkling river flowed nearby. Dad said we had to pitch our tent before it got dark outside. Pitch means to set up or build something temporary like a tent. I helped mom and dad by carrying the tent poles and stakes.Once our tent was all pitched, we started making a campfire. Dad used his lighter to spark the dry leaves and twigs. Spark means to start a fire. The flames quickly grew and we roasted marshmallows over the fire. They were so gooey and delicious! That night, I had trouble sleeping because I kept hearing strange noises outside our tent. An owl was hooting and leaves rustled in the wind. I was a little scared at first, but mom said not to worry. She explained that those were just normal forest sounds. The next morning, we went on a hike through the woods. Everything looked so lush and green. Lush means thick with plants. At one point, we had to cross over a stream by walking across a fallen log. It was a little scary but I made it! Dad was so proud of me.During our hike, we spotted lots of cool wildlife. We saw a deer grazing in a meadow, squirrels scurrying up trees, and colorful birds flitting between branches. Flitting means moving quickly from place to place. For lunch, we had a picnic by the river. Dad caught a huge fish and we cooked it over the campfire. It was so tasty! After eating, I skipped rocks across the calm river water while mom and dad relaxed. That evening, we told spooky stories around the campfire. Dad tried to scare us with a tale about a monster in the woods. Mom's story was about a haunted cabin. Even though I was a bit frightened, I had so much fun!On our last day of camping, we went exploring off the trail a little. That's when we stumbled upon an unbelievable sight - bear tracks in the mud! The tracks were humongous. Dad said we should probably head back to avoid any encounters with bears. Our camping trip ended too soon, but we made so many wonderful memories. I can't wait to go on another awesome outdoor adventure. Maybe next time we'll go canoeing or climb a mountain! I just love exploring nature. There you have it - my exciting camping tale using words like pitch, spark, lush, flitting, grazing, scurrying, and more. I hope you enjoyed my story and are inspired to go on your own outdoor adventure soon! Just be careful for any bear tracks...。
