A significant change in my life

Over the recent years, I think I have lots of changes in my life. But I think the significant change was the junior middle school to high school.

When I was a junior middle school student, I studied at a small school in a town. Maybe because the simple knowledge and without a fierce competition, I can always get a very good grade in my class easily. But it changed since I entered the best high school in my city. I needed to study ten subjects at the same time and most of my classmates are very smart. But I didn't realize that was difficult and still immersed in my old friend separation sorrow. Until I got a very bad grade, I knew a lot of things have changed and I had to adapt.

Therefore, I want to improve my grade. At first, I made a goal and a plan.Besides, I study hard and tried my best to find a good learning method which suits me. That is effective. And I communicated with my classmates at leisure to find new friends, and study together with them. Finally, when I graduated from my high school, I have made great progress.

In our life, we will encounter different changes and challenges. Improving ourselves is the best way to solve it.

My favorite place

When I think about which place I like extremely to go at present and in the future, the one-my first home appears before my eyes. It is no doubt that I must choose that county as my favorite place to tell you. My first home is Shunchang.It is a small county, in the northern part of Fujian Province. If you tend to take a stroll across the central region of the county, even if you walk as long as one or two hours are enough. It is small, but it is extremely beautiful. From childhood I grew up there. I love Shunchang because it is so beautiful. Not only is this place is very beautiful, but also people here are very good.

A river across the county, and the county is divided into two regions of a river. The river's name is Fujin River. The area south of the river is called Shuinan, and the area north of the river is the central region of the county. The two areas are connected by a bridge. The names of these bridges are the East Bridge, the Shuinan Bridge, the Jiinxi Bridge and the West Bridge. The county surrounded by mountains, looks like a lotus. At night, where the edges of bridges and buildings, there will be flashing lights. Look so beautiful. People here are particularly enthusiastic and kind-hearted.

A difficult choice

Different people in the face of the same question will have different choices.But many times we often do not know how to make a choice. For example, a person looking for a job, he does not know oneself should be employment or self-employment. This time we must understand the difference between them.Employment means working for other people, and self-employment means their own business and not employed by other people. Employment and self-employment are very different. Therefore, for their advantages and disadvantages, we can not make a conclusion easily. They each have their own advantages. The advantages of self-employment are obvious. One of the advantages of being self-employment is that the business profits belong to the owner. If the self-employment person succeeds in business, he has the chance to earn a great deal of money. The second advantage of being self-employment is that a person can control his working hours. While not all self-employment people are completely free, most of them have more control over this area than the employment. However, everything has two sides. It will also bring some negative issues. First, being one's own boss places the responsibility directly on that individual's shoulders, and they will face greater pressure. Second, though the self-employment can earn considerable profits with a successful business, losses can force them out of business and sometimes, place them in debt.

On the contrary, it is in the employment of someone, the first advantage is we can not face the huge pressure, and you are employed if you work under the control of someone and do not run the risks of having a business yourself. The second advantage of being employment is that we can get salary from the boss on time. But, generally, your salary is limited. Another disadvantage of being employment is that a person can not control his working hours, and stand the pressure from the boss or other superior. So through the comparison we can find there are a lot of differences between employment and self-employment. We should make a choice based on their own circumstances.
