中文摘要

压力机是生产大型模锻件的重要加工设备。本文以MP160压力机机身为研究对象,利用有限元分析软ANSYS, 在压力机机架满足足够的应力条件下,进行优化,对于缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量,降低制造成本,增强企业竞争力具有重要意义。为提高压力机产品的性能、质量和寿命降低产成本提供科学计算分析的依据从而能够增强其产品在市场的竞争力。其主要内容如下:

1、对MP160型压力机机身进行三维实体建模;

2、了解MP160压力机工作性质和工作状态;对其进行工作载荷分析,确定边界

条件及加载方案;

3、划分网格,进行有限元结构静态分析,求出机身的应力和应变分布规律;

4、根据分析结果,在应力集中危险区域采取措施改善应力状况;在低应力区域,

改变相关尺寸变量,以达到减轻部件总体质量的目的。重新进行有限元分析,检验改变尺寸后的刚度和强度。重复进行以上步骤,直到获取最佳方案;

5、对机身模型进行模态分析,求解机身固有频率以及相应的振型等动态参数,分

析其对工作状况的影响。

最后对论文的研究内容进行总结和展望。

Abstract

The press is an important processing equipment for the production of large forgings. In this paper, MP160 press frame as the research object, using finite element analysis software ANSYS, optimization in the press frame satisfy the stress conditions, adequate, to shorten the product development cycle, improve product quality, reduce manufacturing cost, is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to improve the performance, quality and service life of press products reduce costs and provide scientific analysis basis so as to enhance the competitiveness of its products in the market. The main contents are as follows:

1.for the 3D solid modeling of MP160 press frame;

2.understanding of MP160 press the nature of the work and work state; analysis of the

work load, boundary conditions and loading scheme;

3.mesh, static finite element analysis, the stress and strain distribution of the fuselage ;

4.according to the analysis results, the stress concentration risk areas to take measures to

improve the stress condition; in the low stress area, changing the size variables, in order to reduce the overall quality of components of the objective. Re for finite element analysis, test after changing the size of stiffness and strength. The above steps are repeated, until obtaining the best scheme.

5.the free modal analysis on the model, solving the natural frequencies and

corresponding vibration modes of dynamic parameters, and analyzes its influence on the working condition of the.

Finally, the research contents of this paper is summarized and prospected.
