前言

Preface

本公司生产的可变弹簧支吊架（简称弹簧支吊架）系列产品符合NB/T47039-2013规定，产品出厂前经过整定并附有产品合格证明书，每份合同附一份安装调整说明书，请用户在安装调整前仔细阅读说明书。

本说明书向用户介绍的安装调整方法是以TD系列为代表，本公司生产的其他型弹簧支吊架如VS系列、整定式弹簧组T系列、TH系列和DLTH系列等的安装调整方法可参照本说明书进行。

The Variable Spring hanger(spring hanger for short)serial products by our company meet NB/T47039-2013standard requirement,the hangers will be reset prior to delivery and attach the product quality certificates and operation&adjustion instruction,the site shall read double instruction prior to installation.

The manual introduce installation,operation and adjustion is base on TD serial products,others type products,such as VS serial,T serial,TH serial and DLTH serial, which O&M shall refer to the manual.

1安装调整前须知

Operational Requirements prior to installation

1.1弹簧支吊架用来支吊具有垂直位移的管道或设备，其内部装有圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧，以满

足管道或设备热膨胀的需要。

Spring hanger is used to support and hanger the pipe or facility,which has vertical movement,cylindrical and helical compress spring will be placed inside hanger to satisfy the pipe or facility hot expansion requirement.

1.2弹簧支吊架主要由圆柱螺旋弹簧、位移指示板、壳体、和花兰螺丝等构成，其典型结构

如图1所示。

The spring hanger contains cylindrical and helical compress spring,movement indicator,sleeve and turnbuckle etc..,the type construct is shown as below figure1:

1.3弹簧支吊架的型式和常用生根支吊方式示意图如图2所示。

1.5弹簧支吊架出厂状态系按安装（冷态）载荷用上、下限位块锁定的，下限位块与指示板

有2mm间隙，须用铁丝捆扎，如图3A所示。

The spring hanger delivery status is locked with upper stop and hydrostatic stop according to installation(cold)load,the clearance between hydrostatic stop with movement indicator is2mm,and the hydrostatic stop is tied with wire,see figure3B.
