前言

汽车转向系统是用来改变和恢复汽车行驶方向，保持汽车直线行驶的机构，对转向时车轮的正常运转和汽车的安全行驶影响很大。汽车转向一旦发生问题，很容易造成车毁人亡的恶性事故。一次汽车转向系统的状况，对于保证汽车安全、减轻驾驶员劳动强度、提高运输效率，延长车辆使用寿命均有着十分重要的作用。当今汽车转向系统从过去的普通机械式到动力转向，一直到现在汽车电子控制动力转向，并逐步的发展和改善。它在汽车的使用、维护和修理中占有重要的位置。

在使用中，由于汽车转向系统工作条件恶劣，转速与负荷在经常变化，长期使用，受弯曲、扭矩、剪切和道路不平引起的冲击载荷，同时收到各种因素的影响。其零部件必然会产生不同程度的弯曲、扭曲变形个锈蚀、断裂等损坏，从而影响汽车的操纵轻便性、安全性和经济性。汽车转向系统的某些机件还处于较苛刻田间下工作，因此它也是汽车运行中故障较多的部位，也是汽车安全检测的重点。为保证汽车转向系统运行正常可靠，发挥其潜在能力，并保持良好的技术状况和较长的使用寿命，应必须采用经常性的检修、维护措施，防止不应有损坏，及时查明故障隐患并予以消除，使之保持完好的技术状况。

本论文分二章，全面系统地介绍了汽车转向系统的转向操纵机构、转向传动机构、转向器、动力转向等运用维修。

Automotive steering system is used to change and restore car driving direction, keep the car run straight for the agency, the normal operation of steering wheel safe driving and the car's influence. Automotive steering once produce a problem, it is easy to cause the malignant accident elderly. A car steering system to ensure the situation, automobile safety, lighten the labor intensity, improve transportation vehicle use efficiency and prolong life are an important role. Today's automotive steering system from the past ordinary mechanical to power steering, until now automotive electronic control power steering, and gradually development and improvement. It in automobile use, maintenance and repair occupies an important position.

In use, because automotive steering system working conditions, the speed and load in always change, use for a long time, the bending, torque, shear and road uneven, and the impact load caused by various factors that influence the receipt. Its components will produce different degree of bending, distortion a rust, fault and so on, thus affecting the damaged car manipulation of portability, safety and efficiency. Automotive steering system of some parts is at a demanding job, so it under the car running of the fault is, the position is also more emphasis of automotive safety inspection. Automotive steering system to ensure the normal operation and reliable, exert its potential ability, and keep good technical status and long service life, must adopt regular maintenance, Virginia.

This thesis divides two chapters, comprehensively and systematically introduces the steering system of steering control agencies, steering transmission mechanism, steering gear, power steering by maintenance etc.
