大会由转化医学国际协会()、生物技术和仪器国际研讨会()以及局部和靶向治疗国际研讨会()联合举办。

会议聚焦于转化医学，细胞分子医学，以及细胞分子生物学、生物化学、生物物理学、生物技术、药物发现和药理学的临床应用。

会议为学术界和公司搭建了一个桥梁，使其获悉转化医学的发展、及相应的商业方面和临床应用的潜力。

温州是一个位于浙江东南部的地级城市，同时也是中国发展最迅猛的领先城市之一。

温州拥有近1000万人口，但城市秩序井然。
