Also they can take Yoga, Taichi or other body training exercise. And if some likes to play Go games, he can always play on computer or mobile phone agianst the virtual player. It is also a kind of exercise of your brain. Besides, people can go swimming in the summer and go skating in the winter. In short, no matter what their interests are, people can always find more than one sports that are suitable to them.Tv, a blessing or a curseNowadays television plays such an important role in people’s life that watching TV has become part of people’s life in many families. In this sense, TV is a blessing. However, television can also be harmful. The rays sent out from TV screen are harmful to people. Furthermore, attached by their favorite programs, many people tend to watch TV too often or for a long time. And as a result, their studies, and work may be neglected. Especially, if children stay up too late at night watching TV, they will feel sleepy in class the next day, and thus they will fall behind in their studies.We Shouldn't Totally Turn to the Internet Nowadays, Internet has become an indispensable part in our life, and we use it for various purposes, such as searching useful information and chatting online. However, now more and more people turn to the Internet for help whenever they have trouble in finding solutions to their problems, and this phenomenon has aroused the public's attention.Relying on the Internet to solve all our difficulties can have bad impacts on us. On one hand, since we can always settle the troubles by searching solutions online, we can become very lazy and don't bother to think up answers by ourselves, which can hinder the development of creative thinking.
