5 技术要求5.1.1 室内共用楼梯扶手高度,自踏步中心线量起至扶手上皮不宜低于900㎜.水平扶手超过500㎜长时,其高度不宜低于1000㎜.5.1.2 室外共用楼梯栏杆高度不宜低于1050㎜,中高层住宅不应低于1100㎜.5.1.3 楼梯井宽度大于200㎜时,不宜选用儿童易于攀登的花格.栏杆垂直杆件之间净空不应大于110㎜.5.1.4 栏杆、扶手上下或平面转接时,宜保持衔接。

5.2 材料5.2.1 原材料的规格、质量必须符合设计要求和现行有关国家标准、规范的规定。

5.2.2 制做栏杆、扶手的原材料,应有出厂质量合格证或试验报告,进场时应按批号分批验收。

没有出厂合格证明的材料,必须按有关标准的规定抽取试样作物理、化学性能试验,合格后方可使用,严禁使用不合格的材料。

5.3 结构性能5.3.1 栏杆、扶手与梯段安装完毕后,其结构承载能力应能随受GBJ9规定的水平荷载0.5Kn/m,最大允许挠度值不应超过h/100(h为扶手高度).5.4 外观质量5.4.1 各栏杆、扶手连接处(焊接、螺丝连接)应牢固。
