c、过压(电压超过额定电压),当电容器上所施加电压高於额 定工作电压时,电容器的漏电流将上升,其电氧物性将 在短期内劣化直至损坏。
d、施加反向电压或交流电压,当值流铝电解电容器按反极 性接入电路时,电容器会导致电子线路短路,由此产生 的电流会引致电容器损坏。若电路中有可能在负引线施 加正极电压,请选无极性产品。
POINTS OF ATTENTION
1、Designing Device circuits (1)、When making confirmation on the environ- ment for operation and installation,the following conditions should be avoided for those capacitors with rated performance range specified in the product catalogue and design instruction. a、High temperatur ( The temperature exceeding the Max. Operating temperature) b、Over-current (The current exceeding the rated ripple current ).Excessive heat will reduce capacitance and result in shortened life of capacitor if ripple currents exceeding the spe- cified rated value are applied. c、Over-voltage(The voltage exceeding the rated voltage). When capacitor is used at higher voltage than the rated voltage,leakage current increases,characteristics drastically deteriorate and damage in a short period may occur as a result. d、Applying reverse voltage or AC voltage.When reverse voltage is applied on DC electrolytic capacitor, the capacitor will becomes short circuited please use bi-polar capacitors in the circuit be damage due to abnormal current flows through the capacitors since the circuit where the positive voltage may be applied to the cathode terminal. e、To be used in the circuits with repeated sudd- en charge and discharge furthermore, during the circuit design, please select capacitors which match the lifetime of the machine. When aluminum electrolytic capacitors for general purpose are employed in rapid char- ge and discharge application,its life expectan- cy may be shorted by capacitance decrease, heat rise, etc. (2)、The capacitor can,the auxiliary lead terminal used for increasing the installation strength,the positive & negative electrode and the PCB should be separated from each other, totally.
(5)、在设计电容器的安装时,必须确认下述内容: a、电容器正、负极间距必须与线路板孔距相吻合;
b、保证电容器防爆阀上方留有一定的空间; c、电容器防爆阀上方尽量避免配线及安装其他元件;
d、电路板上,电容器的安装位置,请不要有其他配线; e、电容器四周及电路板尽量避免设计、安装发热元件;
e、使用於反复多次急剧充放电的电路中,当常规电容器被 用作快速充电用途。其使用寿命可能会因为容量下降, 温度急剧上升等而缩减。 另:①、在电路设计时,请选用与机器寿命相当的电容器。 ②、机器性能有特殊要求时,可与研发人员探讨,制作 适用的特规电容器。

(5)、The following items should be confirmed before it is inserted into the PCB. a、The distance between the positive and negative electrodes of the capacitor should match the distance between the holes on PCB. b、To ensure a proper space above the explosion- proof vent of the capacitor. c、Above the explosion-proof vent, to avoid as much as possible the arrangement of circuit lines and the installation of other components. d、Please don't arrange other circuit lines around the location for mounting capacitors. e 、 To avid as mush as possible the mounting of heat generating components around the capacitors and on the PCB.
2 、 Mounting (1) 、 Used capacitors are not reusable, except in the case in at the capacitors are detached from a device for periodic inspection to measure their electrical characteristics. (2) 、 If the capacitors have self chargecd, discha- rge in the capacitors through a resistor of approxim- ately 1k Ω before use. (3) 、 If capacitors are stored at a temperature of 35 ℃ or more and more than 70%RH, the leakage current may increase, in this case, they can be reformed by applying the rated voltage through a resistor of approximately 1k Ω .
2、元件的安装 (1)、用过的电容器不能再使用,但作为周期检查可卸下来 测试电性能。
(2)、如果电容器已充电,使用前要用一个约1kΩ的电阻放 电。 (3)、如果电容器在超过35℃,湿度大於70%的条件下存 放,其漏电流可能上升,可通过一个约1kΩ的电阻施加额定 电压处理。
(2)、电容器外壳、辅助引出端子与正、负极以及电路板间 必须完全隔离。

(3)、当电容器套管的绝缘不能保证时,在有绝缘性能特定 要求的地方请不要使用。 (4)、请不要在下述环境不使用电容器: a、直接与水、监水及油类相接触、或结露的环境; b、充满有害气体的环境(硫化物、H2S,H2SO3,HNO3, Cl 、氨水等); 2 c、直於日照、O3、紫外线及有放射性物质的环境; d、振动及冲击条件超过了样本及说明书的规定范围的恶 劣环境;
(3)、If the insulation property of the capacitor sleeve can not be ensured, please don't use it in places which specified insulation. (4) 、 Please don't place the capacitors under the following operation conditions. a、Directly in contact with water, salt solution and oil or under the dewing environment. b、Under the environment full of poisonous gass (H S,2H SO2 ,H3NO ,C3L . 2Ammonia solution etc.)

1、电路的设计 (1)、在确认使用及安装环境时,作为按产品样本设计说 明书所规定的额定性能范围内使用的电容器,应当避免在下 述情况下使用:
a、高温(温度超过最高使用温度) b、过流(电流超过额定纹波电流),Biblioteka Baidu加纹波电流超过额定值 後,会导致电容器体过热,容量下降,寿命缩短。
