一、The content and requirement of design
1.Draw up the substructure styles and separately dimensions of the bridge, according to the superstructure styles , geology and hydrology data of given bridge .
2.The calculation of pier
1)Loads calculation (the dead loads of superstructure , live loads calculation , cap beam ,self weight , self weight of pier and loads composition)
2)The calculation of reinforcing bars and stress check
3.The calculation of drive cast-place-pile
1)calculate loads
2)calculate the length of pile
3)calculate the internal force of pile
4)the calculation of section reinforcing bars of pile and strength calculation
5)check up the longitudinal lateral displacement at the top of pier
4.Draw ordinary structure graph or pile reinforcement graph
Requirement :with paper No.3 ,clean ,handwriting legible ,have complete mark dimension picture frame and picture sign attachment notion
二、Design initiate material
1.Superstructure:Three-span prestressed concrete simple T-beam

0.053*0.30*0.50(m),the friction ratio of support is f=0.05

5.The type of pier :column ;two column bent cap with over hanging caping beam

(1)concrete :bent cap :C30;pier and foundation piles :C25。
(2)steel :main-steel HRB335,stirrup –steel R235。
7.Added geological materials and relevant reference design drawings 。
The elevation of riverbed is 78.32m ,the top of pile is flush with riverbed,the elevation of general erosion-line is 75.94 m ,and the local scour-line is 73.62 m 。
Geography near the bridge is not flat ,with various geomorphic units 。The formation of ground-storey is legistiate,and the height of underground water embeds deeply ,which has no influence on engineering structure ,there ’s no bad geographic phenomenon ,which caters to the good construction sites 。
Ⅰloam :slightly dense ,soil is uniform ,but distributes unstably with bad structure 。Thickness is 2m 。
Ⅱ clay :gradation of particles is uneven, compressive property is midst,with distributes unstably , as well as higher strength 。thickness is 5m 。
Ⅲ mid-coarse sand :with uniform soil 。The layer is stale with good engineering property 。thickness is 6m 。
Ⅳ clay :which is elastic with even soil property ,the stable storey, as well as proper compressive nature. good engineering property 。thickness is 10m 。(only for odd numbers )
The foundation soil is gravel of intermedium density, coefficient ratio of foundation soil m =10000 kN/m 4;standard frictional resistance of foundation soil kPa q k 60=;bearing capacity of foundation ao [f ]=430 kPa,internal frictional angle 020=ϕ,gravity of soil 3/80.11m kN =γ(flotage considered )(only for double numbers )
