1.2本技术条件适用于额定电压 0.4kV,工作频率为 50Hz,开关箱(不锈钢材质),即低压成套开关设备和控制设备的制造、选型、验收、安装和维护。

1.3本设备技术条件提出的是最低限度的技术要求。

除本技术条件中规定的技术参数和要求外,其余均应遵循最新版本的国家标准(GB)、电力行业标准(DL)、IEC标准和国际单位制(SI)。

如果供方有自已的标准或规范,应提供标准代号及其有关内容,并须经需方同意后方可采用,但原则上采用更高要求的标准。

1.4如果供方选用本技术条件规定以外的标准时,则需提交这种替换标准供审查和分析。

仅在供方已证明替换标准相当或优于技术条件规定的标准,并从需方处获得书面的认可才能使用。

提交供审查的标准应为中文或英文版本。

QX2304仅需要三个外围元件,就可将低输入电压升压到所需的工作电压。

QX2303 系列产品总共有四种封装形 式:SOT23、SOT23-5、SOT89-3 和 TO-92。 其中,SOT23-5 封装内置了 EN 使能端, 可控制变换器的工作状态,当 EN 使能端 输入为低电平时,芯片处于关断省电状态, 功耗降至最小。

QX5256支持一组LED 灯,灯的控制由开关来完成。

QX2304 是一款高效率、低功耗、低 纹波、高工作频率的 PFM 同步升压 DC-DC 变换器。
QX2304 仅需要三个外围元件,就可 完成将低输入的电池电压变换升压到所需 的工作电压。

所以为了减小输出的纹波,需要比较 大的输出电容值。但是输出电容过大,就 会使得系统的反应时间过慢,成本也会增 加。所以建议使用 22uF 的电容,如果需 要更小的纹波,则需要更大的电容。如果 负载较小(10mA 左右),则可以使用较 小的电容。当考虑电容的 ESR 时,输出纹 波就会增加:

工作原理
QX2304 是一款 BOOST 架构、同步电 压型 PFM 控制模式的 DC-DC 变换器。
