首先我会谈谈我自己的教学经历,然后我想在我们每一位老师的职业生涯中,您会有各种各样的经历,而这些经历大部分来自于我们的课堂,来自于每一堂课,所以接着我会从我的角度跟大家分享如何上好一堂课,那我的最后两点是我认为对一个小学教师的成长非常重要的另外两个因素,我会和大家交流一些看法。

我从上培训机构里面的demo课到上一堂普通的课,到全国的赛课,我曾经多次的思考过到底怎样才算是一堂好的课,我们如何从上好一堂课迅速的成长起来。

那么,给大家分享5条有关好课的标准:一堂好课是有意义的课:对学生来讲,初级的意义至少是学习到了东西, 再进一步来就是锻炼了能力, 近而发展到获得良好的,积极的情感体验, 产生进一步学习的强烈要求。

在这个过程中他会越来越主动投入到学习中去, 有意义的课,也就是一堂扎实的课, 不是热闹的课。

有效率的课:从面上来说对全班多少学生有效率,对好学生,中等学生,困难学生的效率,是否相同; 效率的高低, 没有效率就不算是好课。

有效率的课,也就是充实的课, 是有内容的课。

生成性的课:一节课不完全是预设的课, 而是在课程中有教师和学生的真实情感与智慧的交流。

这个过程既有资源的生成, 又有过程状态的生成。

这样的课可以成为丰实的课, 内容丰富, 多方活跃, 给人以启发。
