规范游学市场，除了制定相关规范性文件和服务性标准，还应该建立相关评价体系，高标准提高游学机构的准入门槛。
同时，作为很多海外游学的组织方，学校要多一份责任心，以促进学生学业、提升多维能力为导向，杜绝与游学机构的利益关联，避免被“产业链”的逻辑所捕获。
相关部门也应严格规范监督，确保家长和学生的消费权益，真正做到游出去、学回来。
