CAPITAL MARKET ARE STUDIED

ABSTRACT

This text proceeds from reality of China, approve development of more than ten years of capital market at first: The setting-up of the capital market is a great change in the course of reform and opening-up of our country, and its growth and strengthens will be of our country characteristic socialist market economic healthy, fast-developing engine. Then it carries on overall analysis, points out several defects, questions that the capital market exists, for instance, defects of itself, defects of listing company, questions of intermediary, imperfects of legal system, questions of investors, behaviors of government, etc. It treats, and analyzes these questions to come with view of dialectical materialism afterwards. Finally, to the questions that the capital market exists in it puts forward some countermeasures with feasible reality. Coda afterwards it mentions gentle meaning of these; carries on these reforms of capital market with shoulder heavy responsibilities.

Chinese capital market defects and countermeasures is the subject of many experts

and scholars to solve the problem, but each person's point of view is different,it is hard to agree on finally.I think that the theory cannot be applied in practice，Because the government simply don't know which one is right,it is said that More appropriate to China's national conditions, make the reform efforts, development speed and the extent to which people can accept.In my opinion ,if you want to play the quickly and effectively role of the theory to guide practice you should take from hundreds of advantages in theory , formed a set of complete system, and make use of practice.That is my intention of writing this thesis, the article not only contains the current of many famous experts and scholars point of view, but also according to the status of China's capital market from other industries for reference to the theory and method.I hope my paper can play a role on Chinese capital market reform and development.
