This course focuses on the basic procedures involved in international trade. This course should help the students have a general idea of the basic procedures involved in international trade and grasp the basic operating techniques concerned.二、Basic Requirement of Lecturing and its relationship with graduationThe contents involve international trade terms, terms of commodities, international cargo transport, cargo insurance, terms of price, international payment and settlement, claims, force majeure and arbitration, business negotiation and establishment of contract, etc. Among these, we should emphasize on international trade terms, terms of commodities, international cargo transport, cargo insurance.The lecturing methods of this course are the com bination of the teacher’s lecturing and the students’ imitative practices, based on the multi-medias. The students can learn the difficulties and the major parts through the lecturing and the practice.The students should analyze the cases based on the knowledge they have grasped. 1.相同点
(1)均属装运合同。卖方保证按时交货,并不保证按时到货。
(2)责任划分的基本原则是相同的。
2.不同点
(1)运输方式不同。前者适用水上运输,承运人一般只限于船公司。后者适用各种运输方式,承运人可以是船公司、铁路局、航空公司,也可以是联合运输经营人.

《国际贸易实务》(双语)课程设置解读1 课程概述《国际贸易实务》(双语)课程是高职高专院校国际经济与贸易专业的基础核心必修课程。

该课程所学习的贸易术语、贸易方式、国际货物运输及保险等国际贸易知识是后续课程学习的基础和核心,学生理解和学习后续课程打下必要的、坚实的基础。

2 课程设计思路课程总体设计是坚持以外贸工作岗位从业人员的综合职业能力需求为培养导向,以企业的真实项目为载体,融“任务驱动”仿真情景教学、教、学、做一体等教学方法,贯彻岗、课、证、赛四位一体的考核方案,突出职业能力培养为目标来设计的课程标准。

本课程的设计体现了职业教育的开放性、职业性和实践性三个特点:双语教学法和情景教学法的使用体现职业教育的开放性。

充分利用课堂作为外贸英语职业能力训练的平台,融教、学、做为一体,促使学生在课堂学习和训练中就能够提高口语与听力能力,提高职业能力,有效避免“聋子英语”、“哑巴英语”的普遍现象;项目教学法的使用体现职业教育的职业性。

课堂教学内容的设置与外贸企业的岗位的单证员、跟单员等真实的项目相衔接,使学历教育与职业资格培训融为一体,便于实现双证融通,与职业岗位零距离对接;案例教学法的使用体现职业教育的实践性。

案例讨论让同学们分工负责、共同完成、协同创新的过程,培养学生主动发现问题,善于分析、解决问题的能力和形成独立见解的习惯,就会大大提高学生进入职业岗位后的工作能力,降低用人单位对人力资源的运行成本。

3 课程目标通过本课程的学习使学生熟悉国际贸易理论基础知识和国际贸易实务工作中的基本流程,具备能够运用外贸英语进行国际贸易业务洽谈和沟通的能力,以及运用实务知识缮制和填制国际贸易流程中的所需各种单据的能力,具备外贸业务员的职业素质、职业能力和专业知识。

国际贸易实务根据我国对外贸易商品买卖的实际需要,阐述我国进出口业务工作的基础知识和基本技能,并有选择地介绍国际贸易的习惯做法、贸易惯例和必要的法律知识。

该课程设计为双语课,旨在竞争激烈的就业环境中,使学生不仅掌握操作性强的贸易实务流程,而且能够准确、流利地用英语表达相关内容。

教学目标通过学习《国际贸易实务》,可使学生了解:为了正确执行我国的对外贸易政策,把生意做好做活,把对外贸易业务提到一个较高的水平,更好地完成进出口贸易的各项任务,要求对外贸易工作人员不仅要懂得国际贸易的基本理论和正确掌握我国对外贸易的原则、方针和政策,而且需要全面掌握进出口业务专业知识和技能,学会运用国际贸易惯例和国际法律知识。
