战””实施方案

为认真贯彻落实上级文件精神，有序推进我校专项行动相关工作，根据我校实际，制定校园及周边环境排查整治“百日会战””实施方案。

一、主要目的:

通过开展“百日会战”集中行动，校园周边环境进一步优化，校园安全各项规章制度进一步完善，师生安全防范意识进一步加强，安全责任进一步落实，校园安全事故明显减少，重大责任事故发生得到有效遏制。

二、活动主题:

认真学习和完善各项安全制度，提高安全防范意识，彻查安全隐患，遏制安全事故的发生。

三、组织机构(开展“百日会战”领导小组)

学校要认真组织全体师生员工学习上级关于安全生产百日督查专项行动的通知精神，增强安全生产意识，熟悉安全生产内容和目标，建立长效安全生产工作机制。

经学校研究决定，成立《亚武小学“百日会战”安全领导小组》:

四、目标任务:

1、把开展“百日安全生产活动”与师生工作相结合起来，组织认真学习，坚

持“谁主管，谁负责”，“谁管辖的范围，谁负责”，全面落实校园内各个方面，各个环节，各个岗位安全责任制，确保工作落到实处。

期安全、教学安全、安全保卫、学校周边环境安全、安全教育。排有记录。针对隐患进行整改。

五、活动工作重点和主要内容

(一) 完善安全工作保障体系

1、成立此次“百日安生产活动”工作领导机构和安全生产委员组织机构，各

领导成员要明确目标任务，落实责任。
