HT100系列 HART协议适配器说明书1、HT100系列 产品简介HT100系列 HART协议适配器是采用高性能的十六单片机及配置最流行HART协议调制解调集成芯片并结合大量的实践经验所研发出来的。

采用工业产品要求设计,具有很高的可靠性及稳定性,保证了数据进行实时传输。

HART 协议使用 Bell202 频移键控(FSK) 标准,在4-20mA 基础上叠加低电平的数字信号, 使得HART 协议智能仪表在不干扰4-20mA 模拟信号的同时允许双向数字通讯。

4-20mA 模拟和 HART 数字通讯信号能在一条线对上同时传递。

xxxTwo AC inputs with integrated transfer switchThe Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example the public grid and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro will automatically connect to the active source.Two AC OutputsThe main output has no-break functionality. The Quattro takes over the supply to the connected loads in the event of a grid failure or when shore/generator power is disconnected. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption.The second output is live only when AC is available on one of the inputs of the Quattro. Loads that should not discharge the battery, like a water heater for example, can be connected to this output.Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operationUp to 6 Quattro units can operate in parallel. Six units 48/10000/140, for example, will provide 48kW / 60kVA output power and 840 Amps charging capacity.Three phase capabilityThree units can be configured for three phase output. But that’s not all: up to 6 sets of three units can be parallel connected to provide 144kW / 180kVA inverter power and more than 2500A charging capacity.PowerControl – Dealing with limited generator, shore side or grid powerThe Quattro is a very powerful battery charger. It will therefore draw a lot of current from the generator or shore side supply (16A per 5kVA Quattro at 230VAC). A current limit can be set on each AC input. The Quattro will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is spare for charging, thus preventing the generator or mains supply from being overloaded.PowerAssist – Boosting shore or generator powerThis feature takes the principle of PowerControl to a further dimension allowing the Quattro to supplement the capacity of the alternative source. Where peak power is so often required only for a limited period, the Quattro will make sure that insufficient mains or generator power is immediately compensated for by power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery.Solar energy: AC power available even during a grid failureThe Quattro can be used in off grid as well as grid connected PV and other alternative energy systems. The electrical connections must only be provided by a trained electrician as specified in accordance with EN 50110­1, for example.3When connecting an external voltage of > 42 V to the terminals of the unit, the VDE safety regulations must be observed!0.2 Danger of Equipment Damage 1 This device contains devices which can be destroyed by electrostaticdischarge (ESD)!DANGERNOTICEDescription517200334_002_C0 - 11/2016 - © Leybold 1 Description1.1 Design and FunctionThe electronic TURBOTRONIK NT 10 frequency converters are used to drive TURBOVAC 50.The electronic frequency converters convert the single­phase supply voltage into a three­phase AC voltage to control the TURBOVAC induction motor.The frequency converters operate according to a specific cycle: The motor is driven for approximately 1 second and the monitoring measurements are executed in the following 0.1 seconds.The following operating statuses are displayed using LEDs: ■supply voltage present■acceleration■normal and■fault operationVarious signals are available via 2 relay outputs.After the start, the pump continuously accelerates with the maximum current. This is identified by the yellow LED ACCEL (acceleration) which is lit. The green NORMAL LED is lit and the ACCEL LED goes dark when approximate­ly 90% of the rated speed is reached.The speed is continuously monitored and controlled. When the speed cannot be maintained, even at the maximum current, as a result of external influenc­es, e.g. excessive gas feed, the speed decreases and the pump continues to operate.When a rotational frequency of approximately 500 Hz is fallen below, the ACCEL LED lights­up on the frequency converter. Before carrying out any work with the equipment open, it must be isolated from the line supply and lockedout against accidental re­clo­sure.2.1 Conforming UseThe electronic frequency converters NT 10 are exclusively used for feeding turbo­molecular pumps TURBOVAC 50 (Part Nos. 854 00, 854 01, 854 02 and 853 99).The connecting cables, specified under Section 1.4 must be used to con­nect­up the above mentioned turbomolecular pumps.It is not permissible to make changes or modifications on the equipment for safety reasons.2.2 InstallingTURBOTRONIK NT 10 is supplied in a housing as desktop unit. Whenrequired, feet can be attached to the lower side. The feet can be attached byi nserting them into the lowest groove of the corner strip from the back and pushing them towards the front until they lock­in. Attach the four adhesive feet to the lower side of the equipment feet and in the rear area of the unit.TURBOTRONIK NT 10 can be installed in a rack. Ensure that it is ad­equately ventilated. In operation, it is not permissible that the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C.Four holes in the front panel are used to install it in 19” racks.2.3 Electrical ConnectionInsert the connecting cable to the TURBOVAC at the socket (3/4) and at the TURBOVAC motor. The connector is secured using the screw provided.TURBOTRONIK will be damaged if it is connected to the wrong line s upply voltage.High discharge currents! If the connecting cable between the TURBOVAC and TURBOTRONIK is longer than 10 m, protective ground must be con­nected to both units.Connect the grounding cable (3/3) to the central grounding rail. Operation via the START and STOP buttons Jumper between pins 2 and 3 (status when shipped).The TURBOVAC is started and stopped using the START and STOP buttons on the membrane keypad.2. 有些站点甚至配套了两台发电机组,蓄电池配置的容量基本能放电6小时以上。

为了节能,采用延时定时转换启动发电机来供电。

在没有市电的基站,采用两台发电机组定时互备来供电。

延时转换智能控制器,采用高性能的计算机芯片,有两种控制模式控制方式,可修改定时时间和定时时间的单位,跟发电机组控制器配套,完全满足基站油机和蓄电池配套的双备用或三备用延时定时控制启动发电机供电,实现环保节能的需求。

控制器面板上的按键用于设定延时时间和时间单位,LED指示灯用于指示控制器工作那种模式和输出的运行状态,LED数码管显示时间到计时。

控制器由PVC面膜和高强度塑料外壳组合而成。

控制器的所有连线都通过接线排连接,令设备的连线、移动、维修、更换非常容易和方便。

红外-射频转换器使用说明
(学习射频遥控器时只看此说明)
本机需和“小米万能遥控器”配搭使用,不能单独使用。

安放位置尽量离地高,旁边无阻挡
本机的红外收发器在设备的背面,电源插孔旁边。

使用时一定要背对“小米万能遥控器”

【准备工作】
1.将本机所配电源适配器插入设备背面的电源插孔,请留意不要插到红外收发孔内了。

接通电源后,机内
会有红色灯光亮起,透过外壳可以看见,表示本机通电可以正常工作了。

2.将本机的315天线拉长到23厘米,垂直于地面;433天线拉到17厘米,也垂直地面。

3.学习射频遥控器时,将“小米万能遥控器”放在本机的背面,尽量缩短它们之间的距离。

注意整理好电
源线,不要挡住本机的红外收发孔。

学习完成后摆放位置可随意,可在同一间房间任意放置。

【学习射频遥控码】
(先以315为例)
①左手按住本机左侧的“315学习”键不放(不能松手),【A】红色LED(学习指示灯)亮。

右手再按一下
需要学习的射频遥控器按键,若按后LED熄灭,则学习成功,再松开左手(松开后不能再按了),结束学习,转至⑥。

②若LED没有熄灭,表示学习不成功,左手再换按“433学习”或“长码学习”键,重复【A】。

如果以上三种方式都未学习成功,可参考下面组合键学习。

③杜亚窗帘遥控器学习方法:左手同时按住“315学习”+“433学习”两个键,再重复【A】。

④力沃开关遥控器学习方法:左手同时按住“433学习”+“长码学习”两个键,再重复【A】。

⑤百阵(初冠)开关遥控器学习方法:左手同时按住“315学习”+“长码学习”两个键,再重复【A】。

⑥学习成功后,按一下“红外发射”键(学习灯闪烁一下),就可以将刚学到的一个射频遥控码,转换成
红外码发送给“小米万能遥控器”去复制。

⑦在未断电的情况下,任何时候按“红外发射”键,都是发送出最近一次学习的射频遥控码转换成的红外
码。

这个红外码就是用来供“小米万能遥控器”复制之用。

【小米万能遥控器设定】
1.请按照小米说明书步骤操作。

2.需提醒在手机APP操作中,新建一个遥控器时,要选择“复制遥控器”,不能选“添加遥控器”和“型
号搜索”。

(可参考后面的“苹果手机操作指南”)
3. 当在操作过程中手机屏幕显示需要按红外遥控器按键时,就按本机的“红外发射”。

4. 有时手机上刚添加的遥控按键却不显示了,这是“米家”APP 的问题,可双击手机“HOME ”键,后台
关闭掉“米家”APP ,再重新运行“米家”,就正常了,刚才不显示的遥控键就会显示出来。

【附:苹果手机 “米家” APP 操作步骤】(如果你已经熟悉 “小米万能遥控器” 的操作,可忽略以下文字)
打开 “米家” → 1.选“小米万能遥控器” → 2.选“复制遥控器” → 3.选“其它设备” →
4.选 “+” →
5.输入按键名称→
6.“确定”→
7.短按“红外发射”键 → 重复操作,复制更多
★在第6之前,用本设备先学习好射频按键,当出现第7画面时,短按转换器
“红外发射”键,发射出来的红外代码,即是射频代码转化而成的。

一.射频码产生的全过程概述:
1. 先将DIP 拨至下表对应的位置,进入代码生成模式,学习指示灯常亮,将“红外-射频 转换器”放在
小米万能遥控器旁边,背对它。

打开手机“米家”APP ,选“万能遥控器”,再选“复制”,再选“其它设备”,先将本设备产生的红外码复制 进“米家”。

复制时请输入准确的按键名称,完成之后“米家”就无法修改按键名称了。

2. 再将全部DIP 拨至OFF 进入正常工作模式,将上面所生成的编码用手机操作发射,并与被控设备
对码(“对码” - 让射频设备学习遥控器,实现遥控配对)。

【注】代码生成完毕后,记得将DIP 全部拨回至OFF 状态,否则将无法正常工作,以及无法发送射频码。

二.具体操作步骤:
下表是的生成码类型,当DIP 拨至下面位置时,学习会灯常亮,表示进入代码生成模式。

1.315标准码生成方法:DIP1-ON ,DIP2-OFF ,DIP3-OFF ,DIP4-ON 。

如是LV 开关:DIP5-ON ,
否则:DIP5-OFF
每按一次“红外发射”键,便产生一个随机的315标准编码。

★ 生成完毕后,将DIP 全部拨回OFF 。

2.433标准码生成方法:DIP1-OFF ,DIP2-ON ,DIP3-OFF ,DIP4-ON 。

如是LV 开关:DIP5-ON ,
否则:DIP5-OFF
每按一次“红外发射”键,便产生一个随机的433标准编码。

★ 生成完毕后,将DIP 全部拨回OFF 。

3.杜亚(DOOYA)码的生成方法:DIP1-ON,DIP2-ON,DIP3-OFF,DIP4-ON,DIP5-OFF。

第一次按“红外发射”键:生成杜亚“上”码
第二次按“315学习”键:生成杜亚“停”码
第三次按“433学习”键:生成杜亚“下”码
第四次按“长码学习”键:生成杜亚“设置”码
重复上面方法,就可生成另外的杜亚套码(每组四个编码:上、停、下、设置)。

使用时一定要完整地按完上述四个键,才能生成下一组新的代码。

用此四个码中最后的“设置”码与杜亚窗帘对码。

可随机生成256组不同的码。

★生成完毕后,将DIP全部拨回OFF。

4. 力沃(LIVOLO)码的生成方法: DIP1-OFF,DIP2-ON,DIP3-ON,DIP4-ON,DIP5-OFF。

第一次按“红外发射”键:生成力沃“开/关”码
第二次按“315学习”键:生成力沃“情景Ⅰ”码
第三次按“433学习”键:生成力沃“情景Ⅱ”码
重复上面方法,就可生成另外的力沃套码(每组三个编码:开/关+情景Ⅰ+情景Ⅱ)。

使用时一定要完整地按完上述三个键,才能生成下一组新的代码。

用此三个码可与力沃开关对码成:开/关+单开+单关。

可生成上万组不同的编码。

★生成完毕后,将DIP全部拨回OFF。

【附】具体单开、单关的对码方法:(情景对码控制)
① 长按力沃开关5秒,听到哔声后,再按手机上已经生成好的开/关码,与力沃开关对码。

成功后,
就可以按动手机上的开/关码控制灯的开关了。

② 再长按该开关5秒,听到哔声后,再短按开关调节,使灯变亮,再按手机上的“情景Ⅰ”码,就
可以对码成“单开”情景了。

③ 再长按该开关5秒,听到哔声后,再短按开关调节,使灯熄灭,再按手机上的“情景Ⅱ”码,就
可以对码成“单关”情景了。

④ 情景码还有更多的应用,详情请参考力沃说明书。

5.百阵BIGIN(初冠CHUGUAN)码的生成方法:DIP1-ON,DIP2-OFF,DIP3-ON,DIP4-ON,DIP5-OFF。

第一次按“红外发射”键:生成百阵(初冠)“单开”码
第二次按“315学习”键:生成百阵(初冠)“单关”码重复上面方法,就可生成另外的百阵(初冠)套码(每组二个编码)。

使用时一定要完整地按完上述二个键,才能生成下一组新的代码。

用此两个码中的第一个“单开”码与百阵(初冠)对码,第二个码自动成为单关码了,可生成多达256组不同的单开、单关编码。

★生成完毕后,将DIP全部拨回OFF。

【对码方法】
①按住开关面板5秒,听到“嘀”声后;
②再按一下手机上的“单开”按键,开关面板再发出“嘀”声后,对码成功。

③“单关”按键自动生效。

6. DIP5的使用说明:(多数情况下不使用)
在315/433代码生成模式时,OFF为发出标准震荡电阻之编码,ON为偏大震荡电阻(部分LV开关需要)。
