附件III是指投放市场的电子电气产品包括其维修部件或再利用或者电缆或者升级其功能/容量的部件中的豁免条例。
RoHS directive (2011/65 / EU) annex III is the exemption rules of EEE placed on the market, including cables and spare parts for its repair, its reuse, updating of its functionalities or upgrading of its capacity.

1、电离辐射检测器中的铅、镉和汞
Lead, cadmium and mercury in detectors for ionising radiation.
2、 X射线管中的铅轴承
Lead bearings in X-ray tubes.
3、电磁辐射放大器(微通道板和毛细板)中的铅
Lead in electromagnetic radiation amplification devices: micro-channel plate and capillary plate.
