1.Hone Your Vision

The 2nd version of anything is usually better than the first. A second start lets you adjust your vision and deliver better results than your first draft.

第二次看某件东西的眼光总比第一次的好。第二次的开始会让你调整自己的视角，得出一个比第一次好的结果。

2.A Break Can Do You Good

休息对你会有好处

If you are stuck, a break and then restart can provide renewed energy. As well, your brain will generate new ideas even while you are on break.

如果困顿了，一次简短的休息然后重新开始能给你注入新的活力。同样，甚至是当你在休息的时候大脑会产生一些新的想法。

3.Get Back on the Right Path

回到正确的道路上

When you are in the middle of “doing,”it can be easy to continue down the wrong path…

just because you are already headed that way. A re-start allows you to course correct your project. This can even allow you to adjust for conditions that have changed since you originally began the work.

在做事的过程中，很容易在错误的道路上继续下去...只是因为你已经在那条道路上。一个重新开始会允许你保证项目的正确。这点甚至也能让你调整从你最初开始这项工作的时候已经改变的条件。

4.Let New Ideas Flow

产生新的想法

New ideas come when you are idle, not while you are working. When you come back to your project, you will have thought of additional approaches and new concepts.

在空闲的时候才会产生新的想法，而不是在你工作的时候。当你充实项目的时候，你会有更多的想法，有很多新的概念。

When you are stuck or in need of improving your work, a restart can be the answer to improving your results.

当你停滞不前或者需要改善工作的时候，一个重新开始能成为你改善结果的那个答案。

One caution here, is that endless rework doesn’t accomplish anything. You have to finish the work.

这里有一点要注意的是你得有兴趣。没有止境的再次工作并不能完成什么。你得完成这项工作。
