正反、反正表达法这里所谓正面和反面表达法主要是指在英语里是否用no not或带有de-, dis-, im-, in-, un-, -less等等词缀的词。

在汉语里是否用不非无没有未否等字。

至于英语中的give和take, refuse和accept,以及汉语里的给和受,拒绝和接受,则都应该算是正面字眼。

另外,有些英语词如dismiss 虽然也用了这类表达反面意思的词头,但因去掉词头的动词并没有与原词相反的意思,所以也不能算作是反面表达的词汇。

英语中还有不少词,翻译时,有时似乎是从正面和反面都行得通,如correct既可以解释为正确,又可以解释为没有毛病。

译者应该根据上下文选用一种更确切地表达原文意思和内容的说法。
