某化纤厂的防火防爆设计

摘要

本次课程设计主要针对化纤厂进行的防火防爆设计。通过辨识、分析生产原料和产品的危险特性，再根据化纤生产过程中存在的主要危险、有害因素确定工厂内所需厂房、仓库、生活区与办公区，根据《建筑设计防火规范》[1]

（GB50016-2006）分析确定该厂各个生产环节和存储场所的火灾危险类别；合理布置工厂内生产场所、附属设施、存储区等建构筑物所在区域，确定各个建、构筑物的功能、耐火等级等方面。通过了解危险物质的性质和建筑物的面积后，根据《建筑设计防火规范》（GB50016-2006）规范设计确定防火间距。

通过对以上各项内容进行设计，保证化纤厂安全生产。
