摇滚
摇滚乐，英文全称为Rock' N' Roll'，兴起于 20世纪50年代中期，主要受到节奏布鲁斯、 乡村音乐和叮砰巷音乐的影响发展而来。早 期摇滚乐很多都是黑人节奏布鲁斯的翻唱版， 因而节奏布鲁斯是其主要根基。摇滚乐分支 众多，形态复杂，主要风格有：民谣摇滚、 艺术摇滚、迷幻摇滚、乡村摇滚、重金属、 朋克等，代表人物有：埃尔维斯·普莱斯利 （猫王）、鲍勃·迪伦、披头士乐队、滚石乐 队等，是20世纪美国大众音乐走向成熟的重 要标志。 中国摇滚乐兴起于80年代初，1986年崔健 以一首《一无所有》喊出了中国摇滚第一声。 90年代中期为中国摇滚的高峰期。
爵士乐
爵士乐（Jazz），于19世纪Байду номын сангаас20世纪初 源于美国，诞生于南部港口城市新奥尔 良，音乐根基来自布鲁斯（Blues）和拉 格泰姆（Ragtime）。爵士乐讲究即兴， 以具有摇摆特点的Shuffle节奏为基础， 是非洲黑人文化和欧洲白人文化的结合。 20世纪前十几年爵士乐主要集中在新奥 尔良发展，1917年后转向芝加哥，30年 代又转移至纽约，直至今天，爵士乐风 靡全球。爵士乐的主要风格有：新奥尔 良爵士、摇摆乐、比博普、冷爵士、自 由爵士、拉丁爵士、融合爵士等。

33种音乐风格类型1、什么是R&B？R&B的全名是Rhythm & Blues，一般译作"节奏怨曲"。
广义上，R&B可视为“黑人的流行音乐”，它源於黑人的Blues音乐，是现今西行流行来和摇滚来的基础，Billboard杂志曾介定R&B为所有黑人音乐，除了Jazz和Blues之外，都可列作R&B，可见R&B的范围是多么的广泛。
近年黑人音乐圈大为盛行的Hip Hop和Rap都源於R&B，并且同时保存着不少R&B成分。
2、什么是HOUSE？HOUSE是於八十年代沿自DISCO发展出来的跳舞音乐。
这是芝加哥的DJ玩出的音乐,他们将德国电子乐团Kraftwerk的一张唱片和电子鼓(Drum Machine)规律的节奏及黑人蓝调歌声混音在一起,House就产生啦~一般翻译为"浩室"舞曲,为电子舞曲最基本的型式,4/4拍的节奏, 一拍一个鼓声,配上简单的旋律,常有高亢的女声歌唱. DISCO流行后，一些DJ将它改变，有心将DISCO变得较为不商业化，BASS和鼓变得更深沈，很多时变成了纯音乐作品，即使有歌唱部分也多数是由跳舞女歌手唱的简短句子，往往没有明确歌词。
渐渐的，有人加入了LATIN(拉丁)、REGGAE(瑞格源在西印度群岛)、RAP(说唱)或JAZZ(爵士)等元素，至八十年代后期，HOUSE冲出地下范围，成为芝加哥、纽约及伦敦流行榜的宠儿。
为什么会叫"House"呢?就是说只要你有简单的录音设备,在家里都做得出这种音乐，House也是电子乐中最容易被大家所接受的.Cher唱的Believe 就是个好例子.而M-People可说是House代表团体.House 舞曲在1986年开始流行后,可说是取代了Disco音乐.House可分为：1)Acid House:也就是融合了TB-303的Acid声的House乐2)Deep House:有着相当浓厚的灵魂唱腔,又叫作Garage,蛮流行化的. 像Real Mecoy, M-People, La Bouche都是Garage团体.3)Hard House:简单来说,就是节奏较重,较猛的House.4)Progressive House:这类House没啥灵魂唱腔,反而比较注重旋律和乐曲编排.有一点像"演奏类"的House乐.像SASH!的专辑It's My Life便是很好的Progressive House专辑.5)Epic House:就是"史诗"House.
