2、将里脊切成粗条状,放入碗中。
加入盐、胡椒粉、料酒抓匀后腌制20分钟。
3、将面粉和淀粉按3:1的比例混合,倒入适量水调成粉浆(能薄薄挂住肉条,不要很厚)。

2、起锅倒油,为了健康我不放太多的油,五成热的时候把花椒和辣椒放到锅里爆香,出香味后,将蒜末姜末放入炒香,再依次陴县豆瓣酱和牛肉碎,牛肉炒好后放入少量的酱油和少量的糖后放入豆腐翻炒。
