(三)趣味操练 (Practice)
1.小组比赛。教师出示一张词卡,如library,组内学生依次说出与该词有关的其它单词,如:flowers,red,colour,trees等,这样既复习了学过的单词,也为继续学习Let’s do打下基础。
2.瞧Let’s do的图片(没有文字),让学生仔细瞧动作,然后跟着声音做动作。播放声音,教师指导学生做出正确的动作。然后分组进行练习,采用组与组竞赛的方式,可以就是做动作猜句子并说出单词,也可以就是听声音,做动作。让其她的组的学生进行评价。评价包括动作就是否准确、到位、优雅等。
2.播放本课的录音Let’s learn A, 教读生词。教师可引入句型“It’s on the first floor、为下一课时进一步学习序数词做铺垫。通过教师领读与听音跟读,让学生掌握本课时四个生词的正确读音。在练习library的发音时,可复习已学过的含辅音连缀的单词,如ice-cream, brother, friend, hungry。
2.播放本课录音Let’s talk 部分。教师可以就对话内容提一些问题,如:How many American friends are there? What do you do in the playground? 在提问与回答的过程中,将难点各个击破。
3.进行模仿或跟读练习,注意提醒学生this与that中“th”的发音要咬舌头。

(二)呈现新课(Presentation)1.教师和学生进行free talk,话题是Why do you like our school? 鼓励学生用简单的句子做出回答,即使只能说出只言片语,教师也要给予表扬。

教师说:“Yes, our school is really very nice. Today some friends from America are coming to see our school. Chen Jie is showing them around school. Let’s watch. 由此导入新课。
2.播放本课录音Let’s talk 部分。
教师可以就对话内容提一些问题,如:How many American friends are there? What do you do in the playground? 在提问与回答的过程中,将难点各个击破。
3.进行模仿或跟读练习,注意提醒学生this和that中“th”的发音要咬舌头。
first和second的操练可以在排列卡片、复习单词的过程中渗透,如:T: What’s in the first/second picture? Ss: It’s a library/ a teacher’s office. 也可以让学生听指令排列卡片,如:T: The f irst card, playground; the second card, … 然后引导学生仔细观察挂图,正确理解和运用短语on the first floor 和on the second floor。
4.分角色朗读与表演教师先与一些学习程度较好的学生进行示范性表演,以降低完全由学生自己表演的难度。
然后请学生小组练习和表演。
Let’s spell1、学生读单词,并总结er字母组合在单词中的发音。

(三)趣味操练(Practice)一学生手举起图片背对其他学生面向黑板站立,另一学生依照图的提示做出动作,其余的学生猜测图上表示的是什么课室或学校场馆,用句型“That is a …”作答。
(四)扩展性活动(Add-activities)1. 做本单元A Let’s talk 部分的活动手册配套练习。
2. 听Let’s tal k 部分的录音,读给同伴、朋友或家长听。
3. 给爸爸妈妈介绍自己的学校。

教学过程:(一)热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)师生齐唱本单元的Let’t chant B部分的歌谣。
学生起立边跳边唱歌曲《Our school》。
教师说一个句子,如:I can see many flowers in it. Where is it? 让学生判断是什么单词,然后做出正确的回答。
请学生模仿教师说句子,其他学生判断说单词,说一说校园里还有些什么设施和课室等。
(二)呈现新课(Presentation)教师播放A部分Let’s do的录音,学生表演“听听做做”活动。
教师提问:Where do we water the flowers? 学生回答:In the garden. 教师再问:Where do we read story-books? 学生回答:In the library. 然后教师继续提问:Where do we have computer classes? 引导学生说出:In the computer room。
教师出示本单元的图片,说,This is the computer room. 教授其余几个生词。
听录音,跟读、模仿。
教学句型“Do you have a …?”时可从陈述句“We have…”中衍生问句。
让学生听录音并跟读,教师还可设计一些简单问句检查学生对于对话的理解程度。
学生A问同桌:Do you have a …?同桌回答。
(三)趣味操练(Practice)1、Look,ask and answer。
2. Task time让学生带上纸和笔,四人一组参观学校,并将学校的校舍分布情况记录下来,绘出地图,标上各功能室的名称。
回到教室后向全班展示。
或者由学生分组活动,各组学生负责绘制一处场馆设施,然后拼贴成为一幅完整的学校地图。
教师鼓励学生大胆想象,构思未来教室的蓝图。
(四)扩展性活动(Add-activities)1.做本单元B部分Read and write的活动手册配套练习。
2.和爸爸妈妈一起描绘出一张理想中学校的的结构图并用英文进行表述。
