2020年英语教研组讲话稿3篇受教科室朱主任的委派，这个星期的例会上要求我就如何建设和-谐奋进的教研组做个简单的介绍。
接到这个任务，我是诚惶诚恐埃我担任高中英语教研组组长的时间并不长，很多东西都在学习中，更谈不上经验之说了。
我就我的亲身感受说几句。
如有不到之处还望大家海涵。
今年是我到三中的第十个年头，在这十年中，我目睹了学校的发展，也经历了自身的成长和教学理念的改变。
经历了由传统教学到现代课堂教学的改革。
这是一个探索而又不容易的过程。
记得刚到三中时，大家都怕别人去听课，怕上公开课，对一些集体活动也不是那么有激-情，当然这其中也包括我们英语组。
但到现在，我们高中英语组的所有老师都不怕别人来听课。
也不怕上公开课，甚至敢主动邀请学校领导去听课。
学校有什么集体活动，都是积极配合。
同行之间能够毫无保留地互相帮助。
这样的局面确实让人欣喜，也让我感动。
我们教研组之所以能够和-谐，奋进，充满活力和激-情，首先得感谢学校领导让我们以教研组为单位在同一个办公室进行集体办公，这使得我们整个教研组各个成员之间得以零距离接触。
这样方便大家彼此了解，沟通，而且更有利于大家进行集体备课，交流意见。
为教研组的发展搭建了一个很好的平台。
其次，作为教研组长，要尊重每一位老师，因为他们是有血有肉，有思想，有感情的人。
要善于发现他们身上的闪光点。
每个老师身上都有值得我学习的地方。
从他们的身上我学会了工作要敬业，更要专业;做人要热心，大度，开朗。
更重要的是不要太计较，心里要有阳光，因为一个人内心出充满阳光，他看到的世界便是阳光的;如果他内心充满黑暗，他看到的世界便是黑暗的。
只要我们不太计较个人得失，认同了我们是一个集体，一切都是为了这个集体服务，做起事来便没有什么困难的。

每天至少听15分钟，边听边跟读，这样大部分的单词基本上都会读了。
在初一第一学期，我就教了音标，一些学生能运用音标来读单词，不会读的跟磁带学，还有再不会的，我会让科代表在早自习或是下午自习的时候教读。
这样就能节约时间，使课堂有更多的时间进行情境交际了。

这是一个探索而又不容易的过程。
记得刚到三中时，大家都怕别人去听课，怕上公开课，对一些集体活动也不是那么有激-情，当然这其中也包括我们英语组。
但到现在，我们高中英语组的所有老师都不怕别人来听课。
也不怕上公开课，甚至敢主动邀请学校领导去听课。
学校有什么集体活动，都是积极配合。
同行之间能够毫无保留地互相帮助。
这样的局面确实让人欣喜，也让我感动。
我们教研组之所以能够和-谐，奋进，充满活力和激-情，首先得感谢学校领导让我们以教研组为单位在同一个办公室进行集体办公，这使得我们整个教研组各个成员之间得以零距离接触。
这样方便大家彼此了解，沟通，而且更有利于大家进行集体备课，交流意见。
为教研组的发展搭建了一个很好的平台。
其次，作为教研组长，要尊重每一位老师，因为他们是有血有肉，有思想，有感情的人。
要善于发现他们身上的闪光点。
每个老师身上都有值得我学习的地方。
从他们的身上我学会了工作要敬业，更要专业;做人要热心，大度，开朗。

”在这些老师的感染下，现在的高中英语教研组都有了一个共识。
那就是我们是一个集体，是和-谐，勤奋的集体。
大家都只想将我们组搞的更好。
另外，教研组的建设和发展，其实是老师不断成长和自我提升的过程。
需要时间，需要认同与鼓励，也需要激励。
让我印象最深的是当初建博客的事。
我只说了一句话“谁在一个星期内建成了博客，我请他吃早饭。
”结果不到一个星期，他们都有了自己的博客。
随后便有了很多优秀的博文。
是老师们缺那么几块钱的早餐钱吗不!只是他们的劳动需要认同与肯定。
在此我想说，如果学校能多些实质性的鼓励与肯定，我想我们以后的教研氛围会更浓，教学效果会更好的。
还有，我认为教研组的建设与稳定，确实需要一些集体活动。
这样的活动会起到粘和剂的作用，将每一个老师紧紧地团结在一起。

这学期，小语中高段教研组在“绿润生命，盛及未来”办学理念引领下，在各级领导精心指导下，在全体教师通力配合下，继续以“两案五环节”的教学方式探索“小组合作学习”的课堂模式，全面推进素质教育。
现将一学期来本教研组工作开展情况简要汇报如下一、以学习促发展，更新教学理念本学期，我们的理论学习主要采取集中学习和单独学习两种形式。
一是每双周二集中学习。
认真学习党和国家教育改革政策、文件，认真钻研《语文课程新标准》，清楚掌握不同学段对教学的不同要求，准确把握学科教育教学的新理念、新要求、新动向;学习《课堂设问、提问策略》、《从想象出发，喜欢写作》等文章，扩大交流视野，实现优质教育教学资源共享，明确教学方向，探讨教学过程中的不解和疑惑，从而实现集思广益，提高语文教学。
另一方面，我组老师私下也在不断学习，有的老师钻研、探讨课型，有的老师酷爱摸索多媒体，还有的老师研究课题......从而不断丰富自己的教学方法，提升自己的专业素养、教学能力。
二、以课题促教研，深入教学研究在教科室工作带领下，本学期，我组展开了课题研讨课。
其中梁仕齐、刘衣、黄艳、王静四位老师负责执教。
虽然这是个人执教的课程，但更是我们组共同的事情。
因此执教前，三位老师通过大家的选题建议、自己钻研课本教参、同年级或同名师工作室成员的磨课，完善了自己的课;执教中，我们每人都参与听课，并有所收获和思考;执教后，我们“趁热打铁”，立刻组织在一起，开展说课、评课小会，了解执教老师的思路、畅谈自己的收获和看法、探讨困惑，这既提升了我们的教学方法，又有利于执教老师教学案例的完善。
最后，执教老师们也形成了自己的课型模式，可以说是个“共赢”的局面。
三、以参赛促教学，提高业务技能。
在学校办学理念、教研室的指导下，本学科参加了国家、市论文、课件评选活动，微课制作评选活动。
我组老师认真对待，积极参加。
为了让老师们能尽快学会微课制作，我组开了一次“微课制作说明”的活动，并请梁仕齐老师为我们讲解。
最终，有五人获得学校微课制作赛一等奖。
与此同时，好的微课在网站上展示，实现资源共享。
四、以集体促备课，达到事半功倍“尺有所短，寸有所长。
”每个人都有他的长处和短处，如果能相互学习、相互借鉴，扬长避短，我们的工作就能事半功倍。
由于我组人员较多，所以集体备课时，我们是分年级组进行。
在备课组内实行定课题、定时间、定主讲人、全体参加的做法，在很大程度上提高了集体备课的质量。
在集体备课中我们力求做到统一思想，统一进度，统一练习，特别是在备教学目标，备学生练习，备教学方法时能集思广益，取长补短，同时通过集体备课，及时了解教育教学情况，针对教材的特点，不断地进行探索、改革、创新。
五、以活动促学习，提高学习兴趣为了丰富学生的学习方法，培养学生的学习积极性，我们中高段语文，根据每个年级不同的特点，分别开展了有特色的活动。
比如三年级的形近字组词比赛、四年级的阅读节手抄报比赛、五年级的听写比赛，六年级的语文大课堂比赛等等，丰富了孩子们的学习方法，提高了孩子们学习语文的兴趣。
总之，在本学期里，我们语文组可谓是一个团结的大家庭当有老师需要帮助时，大家都乐于助人;当有老师提出困惑时，大家就开诚布公的提出自己的看法;当有老师有好的教学资源时，他会无私的和我们一起共享所以，我要感谢我组的老师们。
但我也看到了困难和不足，如教研组活动开展得还不够扎实，在许多具体工作环节上缺乏创意，对学生的课外阅读指导还不够，在学生活动的组织上依然没有跳出应试的窠臼，对其语文综合素养的提高关注不够。
不过我们相信，在学校各级领导的关怀下，在各位教师的共同努力下，我们组在今后的工作中会做得更好。
